  • Patent number: 9158447
Abstract: A portable communication terminal equipped with a first touch panel and a second touch panel that are switchable between a side-by-side configuration and a non-side-by-side configuration, and when (i) a contact point is detected on each of the first touch panel and the second touch panel in a same detection cycle and (ii) a distance between the contact points is within a predetermined range, the portable communication terminal displays an object on at least one of the first touch panel and the second touch panel based on one pair of position coordinates obtained based on two pairs of coordinates of the contact points.

  • Patent number: 6743261
Abstract: The present invention discloses a functionalized fiber material treated with a emulsion containing an ascorbic acid derivative which is hardly soluble in water, wherein the ascorbic acid derivative which is hardly soluble in water is preferably tetraalkylester of L-ascorbic acid. Said treatment method comprises treating a fiber material with an emulsion comprising a mixture of an ascorbic acid derivative which is hardly soluble in water, an anionic surfactant or a combination of an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant, and water, wherein a concentration of the ascorbic acid derivative which is hardly soluble in water is 0.05 to 10 % by weight. The functionalized fiber material of the present invention enables a sustained discharge of the active ingredient without losing the moisture absorption and release properties possessed by the fiber.

  • Patent number: 6709665
Abstract: The present invention aims at providing a functionalized fiber material having a skin care effect enabling to sustainedly discharge a skin care component by an action of a fat and oil component such as sebum present on a skin surface of the human body, without losing a feeling or moisture absorbing and releasing properties which are possessed by a fiber. The functionalized fiber material is obtained by treating a fiber material comprising natural fiber, regenerated fiber, synthetic fiber and mixed fibers thereof with a treatment liquid in which &agr;-tocopherol acetate is emulsified in water with a surfactant, and &agr;-tocopherol acetate is stuck in an amount of 0.3 to 45.0 mg. A concentration of &agr;-tocopherol acetate in the emulsified liquid for the fiber treatment is preferably 0.5 to 100.0 g/l.
