  • Patent number: 11933684
Abstract: A tactile and proximity sensor includes a light source, a light receiving section, and a cover. The light source emits light. The light receiving section receives light and generates a signal providing a result of the received light. The cover includes an elastic body that deforms under external force and that covers the light source and the light receiving section. The cover includes a reflective section that reflects light between the light source and the light receiving section and a transmission section that allows light to pass through in a first direction from the light source and that allows light to pass through in a second direction from the light receiving section.

  • Publication number: 20120184263
Abstract: A radio transmission apparatus according to the present invention detects an output current of a power supply section that varies in response to a variation of the output impedance of an amplification section, and corrects a distortion of the input/output characteristic of the amplification section by using an LUT corresponding to the detected output current. In addition, a threshold used for switching an LUT is caused to be different depending on a switching direction between LUTs, thereby suppressing frequent occurrence of switching of the LUT.

  • Patent number: 7504885
Abstract: A variable gain amplifier of the present invention connects an input and an output of a first variable gain amplifier circuit to an RF input terminal and an RF output terminal, respectively, connects one terminal of an attenuation circuit is to an RF input terminal, connects an input and an output of a second variable gain amplifier circuit to the other terminal of the attenuation circuit and an RF output terminal, respectively, connects one terminal of the variable resistance circuit to a node between the attenuation circuit and the second variable gain amplifier circuit, and grounds the other terminal of the variable resistance circuit. A gain of the first variable gain amplifier circuit, a gain of the second variable gain amplifier circuit, and a resistance value of the variable resistance circuit are then varied by a gain control voltage outputted from a gain control section.

  • Publication number: 20090012714
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention, when determining and identifying an amino acid sequence of a peptide using MS, to obtain additional information from the MS for evaluating validity of an amino acid sequence in a candidate list outputted from an identifying engine. The present invention provides a method of testing an amino acid sequence inferred by searching a peptide-related database based on peptide mass information and/or peptide modification information obtained through mass spectrometry on a peptide, the method comprising the steps: (1) calculating a theoretical value of an isotopic ratio for the peptide from the inferred amino acid sequence and/or the peptide modification information; (2) measuring a measured value of the isotopic ratio for the peptide from the peptide mass information; and (3) comparing the theoretical value and the measured value, and evaluating validity of the inferred amino acid sequence from differences between the theoretical value and the measured value.
