The server generates a new solution (S2004), encrypts a server certificate and an SSL certificate (S2005) by using the solution, and then transmits the certificates to the client (S2006). The client generates a new solution (S1005) and decrypts the server certificate and the SSL certificate by using the solution (S1006). The subsequent processing is identical to that of current SSL communications.
