Abstract: There is provided a technique that includes: displaying a recipe editing screen including at least a selection screen area that displays a parameter list for selection of parameters included in a recipe of a substrate processing apparatus, and a parameter editing screen area that edits the parameters; receiving a selection operation that selects an editing target parameter from the parameter list; displaying, on the parameter editing screen area, in an editable manner, a timing chart that is changeable at a time of each process in a series of processes included in a substrate processing process; and editing the editing target parameter by receiving an operation instruction to edit the timing chart displayed on the parameter editing screen area and changing the timing chart according to the operation instruction.

Abstract: A cathode-ray tube image recording apparatus records a cathode-ray tube image on a film. A lens is disposed on the optical axis of a cathode-ray tube. The light transmitted by the lens is reflected by a mirror so that the path of the light is turned through about 90.degree., and an image is recorded on a sheet of film. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the area required for the installation of the apparatus itself.

Abstract: A separate-exposure photographing apparatus including an image display unit for displaying an image to be photographed. A projection optical system projects and focuses the image displayed on the image display unit onto a film. The projection optical system has a reflecting mirror therein, and the image display unit is horizontally movable. A film feeder mechanism feeds the film and is capable of feeding the film in a vertical direction.

Abstract: A photographing apparatus, such as may be used with diagnostic equipment, in which exposed films can be directed either to a film receiving magazine or automatically set to a following automatic processing station. The film receiving magazine is replaceable by a dummy magazine having the same dimensions. If the dummy magazine is employed, films received therein are automatically passed through a conveying mechanism to the following processing station. A detection is made as to which of the film receiving magazine and dummy magazine is employed, and operations of the apparatus controlled accordingly.
