  • Publication number: 20160061441
Abstract: In a vibration suppression member for heat transfer tubes, a manufacturing method of the vibration suppression member for heat transfer tubes, a vibration suppression device and method for heat transfer tubes, and a steam generator, a second anti-vibration member (102) includes a first support member (111) provided with a first support surface (112) for supporting an outer surface of a heat transfer tube (66), and a second support member (121) provided with a second support surface (132, 135) and a third support surface (133, 136) for supporting the outer surface of the heat transfer tube (66) with predetermined tilt angles relative to the first support surface (112), the tilt angles being different from each other, the second support member (121) being fixed to a mounting surface (113) of the first support member (111). With this configuration, a vibration of the heat transfer tube (66) can appropriately be suppressed.

  • Publication number: 20150219332
Abstract: A heat exchanger tube vibration suppression device and a steam generator are provided. The heat exchanger tube vibration suppression device includes: a plurality of sleeves disposed in a heat exchanger tube with a predetermined gap in relation to an inner surface of the heat exchanger tube so as to extend in a longitudinal direction of the heat exchanger tube; and a connecting member that connects the plurality of sleeves so as to be movable between a contracted position at which adjacent sleeves overlap at least partially and an extended position at which the amount of overlap of the adjacent sleeves is minimized. In this way, it is possible to suppress the vibration of the heat exchanger tube appropriately.

  • Publication number: 20140360442
Abstract: The water supply tube for steam generator includes an insert tube portion inserted in a penetration hole of a shell member and a generator internal tube portion connected to the insert tube portion. The generator internal tube portion includes a tubular passage and an effluence tube allowing effluence of cooling water in the tubular passage to a space in a steam generator. The tubular passage includes a first tilted portion in which a side having a greater distance from the insert tube portion along a flow direction is located vertically higher than a side having a smaller distance from the insert tube portion and a second tilted portion which is located with a greater distance from the insert tube portion than the first tilted portion.

  • Patent number: 4714501
Abstract: An alloy for heat transfer pipes excellent in an alkali stress corrosion cracking resistance which is obtained by heating and retaining said alloy at a temperature within the range of a temperature (T.degree.C.), at which a carbide in said alloy is thoroughly solubilized, to T+100.degree. C. for 1 minute or more; cooling it once to a level of 200.degree. C. or less; and carrying out a thermal treatment under conditions within a hatched range Z in FIG. 2, said alloy comprising: in terms of % by weight, 0.15% or less of C; 1.0% or less of Si; 1.0% or less of Mn; 25 to 35% of Cr; 40 to 70% of Ni; 0.5% or less of Al; 0.01 to 1.0% of Ti; 0.5 to 5.0%, in all, of one or more of Mo, W and V; 0.30% or less of P; 0.020% or less of S; and the residue of Fe and impurities.
