Abstract: An information processing system including at least one computer includes a receiving unit that receives user identification information from an apparatus connected through a network; a returning unit that returns a portion which is associated with the user identification information received by the receiving unit out of screen information which is stored in association with the apparatus and is common to a plurality of users in response to an acquisition request to acquire the screen information from the apparatus; and a processing unit that receives a request which is sent from the apparatus in response to an input into a screen displayed based on the returned portion.

Abstract: In a Web page creation apparatus, a request-related information management unit manages request-related information items related to processing requests received from an external device which is connected with the Web page creation apparatus through a network. A request-related information recording unit records a request-related information item in the request-related information management unit in response to a processing request. A Web page creation unit creates a Web page with which a user interface corresponding to the request-related information item concerned is displayed based on the request-related information item recorded in the request-related information management unit by the request-related information recording unit.

Abstract: An information-processing apparatus connected to a terminal through a network and including a network interface and a processing unit. The processing unit is configured to select a target file to be operated on from electronic files stored in the terminal and to provide a prescribed web page to the terminal through the network. The prescribed web page displays an area for selecting an operation item from multiple operation items to be executed on the target file. Abstract: A display data creating apparatus is disclosed that creates display data representing multiple display sections. Each of the display sections contains a prescribed type of information, created in response to a request from a client terminal supplied via a network. The apparatus transmits the display data to the client apparatus via the network. The apparatus comprises a determination part that determines for at least one of the display sections whether the information to be contained in a current display section satisfies a prescribed condition. A display data creating part updates the current display section in accordance with the determination result to create the display data.
