  • Patent number: 11276887
Abstract: A power supplier in one aspect of the present disclosure includes an outputter, a first pack parallel coupler, a second pack parallel coupler, an output voltage switch, and a controller. Each of the first pack parallel coupler and the second pack parallel coupler includes pack couplers. The pack couplers are configured to be coupled by battery packs. The output voltage switch is configured to switch an electrical coupling state between the second pack parallel coupler and the outputter. The controller is configured to determine an output mode of the outputter. The output mode corresponds to a magnitude of voltage to be outputted from outputter. The controller is configured to control the output voltage switch based on a result of determination.

  • Patent number: 11146001
Abstract: A press-fit terminal includes: a cylindrical pin having a narrow portion; and a contact section. The pin has a large diameter portion that has a diameter larger than a diameter of the narrow portion. The contact section includes an elastic contact piece to come into contact with a through hole of a circuit board that is a press-fit attachment object. The contact section is fitted to the narrow portion in a way that enables the contact section to move between a first position and a second position, the first position being a position at which the elastic contact piece does not come into contact with the large diameter portion during attachment to the circuit board, the second position being a position at which the elastic contact piece comes into contact with the large diameter portion during a withdrawal from the circuit board.

  • Patent number: 10797494
Abstract: A power supply adapter according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a power cord, a power-source attachment portion, a working-machine attachment portion, a temperature detector, and an overheat determiner. The temperature detector is configured to detect temperature of the power cord and to output a detection signal indicating the temperature detected. The overheat determiner is configured to determine that the power cord is in an overheated state based on the detection signal from the temperature detector and to output an overheat determination result indicating that the power cord is in the overheated state.

  • Patent number: 10784676
Abstract: An electrically-driven working apparatus in one aspect of an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: a battery; an abnormality detection unit; a power supply path; a first disconnection unit; a second disconnection unit; and a control unit. The control unit activates the first disconnection unit to disconnect the power supply path if either of an overload or an over discharge of the battery is detected by the abnormality detection unit, and subsequently determines whether discharge from the battery has stopped after activating the first disconnection unit, and activates the second disconnection unit to disconnect the power supply path if discharge from the battery has not stopped.

  • Publication number: 20200067222
Abstract: A terminal has a central axis parallel to a direction in which the terminal is inserted into a mating terminal and includes a contact part and an intermediate part. The contact part includes: four springs that make contact with the mating terminal and are equally spaced along a circumferential direction around the central axis; and a joint part that makes the four springs join together, the contact part being formed by bending a first electrically conductive plate. The intermediate part includes a tubular part, and is disposed adjacent to the contact part and formed by bending a second electrically conductive plate. The plate thickness of a spring forming portion of the first electrically conductive plate, the spring forming portion forming the springs, is smaller than the plate thickness of a tubular part forming portion of the second electrically conductive plate, the tubular part forming portion forming the tubular part.
