  • Patent number: 10236751
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a stator core includes punching out core members from an electrical steel sheet in three rows arrangement side by side along a width direction of the electrical steel sheet. Each of the core members has connecting projections. The connecting projections project radially outward from an outer periphery of the core member. The punched out core members are stacked to form the stator core. Each of the core members in two of the three rows arrangement have a connecting projection angled at a first angle from the width direction of the electrical steel sheet. Each of the core members in a third row having a connecting projection angled at a different second angle from the width direction of the electrical steel sheet.

  • Patent number: 9660507
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a stator core includes die-cutting iron core materials from a band-shaped magnetic steel sheet and stacking the materials. Each material includes an inner circumference formed with three interconnecting lugs. At least one of the lugs included in one of two rows is located between the materials lengthwise adjacent to each other in the other row. Marginal regions are located in parts of the sheet located between the lugs of the materials adjacent to each other in a lengthwise direction of the sheet in a common row, between the material of the one row and the material of the other row and between the materials to be die-cut and each end of the sheet, respectively. The marginal regions are sized to be approximate to a web width in order to join remaining materials after the materials have been die-cut.

  • Publication number: 20160211732
Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, this stator core manufacturing method has a punching step for punching core members, which each have a plurality of protruding sections for connection that protrude radially outwards from the outer peripheral section thereof, from a band-shaped electrical steel sheet, wherein: portions in the electrical steel sheet from which the core members are to be punched are arranged in three rows in the width direction of the electrical steel sheet; in any two of the three rows, the portions from which the protruding sections of the core members are to be punched are inclined at a first angle relative to the width direction of any of the electrical steel sheets; in the remaining one row, the portions from which the protruding sections of the core members are to be punched are inclined at a second angle relative to the width direction of the electrical steel sheet, said second angle being different from the first angle; and the core members are punched.

  • Publication number: 20140091672
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a stator core includes die-cutting iron core materials from a band-shaped magnetic steel sheet, each iron core material being formed into an annular shape and having m number of interconnecting lugs protruding radially outward from an annular outer circumference of the magnetic steel sheet when m is equal to or larger than 2, and stacking a number of the iron core materials. In the die-cutting, parts of the magnetic steel sheet to be die-cut as the iron core material are arranged in n number of rows in a widthwise direction of the magnetic steel sheet when n is an integer equal to or larger than 2. Each one of the iron core materials included in one of n number of rows is located between the iron core materials lengthwise adjacent to each other in the row next to the one row.

  • Patent number: 5492593
Abstract: A parts feeder for feeding parts that are disposed on a carrier having a base tape and an adhesive tape. Parts are disposed above holes which are formed at equal intervals on the base tape, and the parts are held by an adhesive tape adhered to a lower surface of the base tape. The feeder includes a pitched feeding mechanism for intermittently feeding the carrier tape at a predetermined pitch, a separating mechanism for separating the adhesive tape from the base tape in synchronization with the feeding of the carrier tape at an adhesive tape separating stage, and a pressing mechanism for pressing the parts disposed on the base tape against the base tape prior to the separation of the adhesive tape from the base tape at the adhesive tape separating stage.
