  • Patent number: 8211523
Abstract: In a vacuum thermal insulating material having a core material enclosed in a gas barrier container whose inside is made to be a decompressed state, the core material has a lamination structure in which a plurality of sheet-shaped long fiber organic fibrous assemblies are continuously wound up from an inner periphery to an outer periphery. Then, a plurality of sheet-shaped organic fibrous assemblies are arranged in parallel and sheet-shaped multiple organic fibrous assemblies having joint sections are formed. The joint sections are made not to overlap with the upper and lower of joint sections.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 29, 2010
Date of Patent: July 3, 2012
    Assignee: Mitsubishi Electric Corporation
Inventors: Yosuke Fujimori, Hideaki Nakano, Nobuo Yamamoto, Syohei Abiko, Takayuki Hanaki

  • Patent number: 7335316
Abstract: A plastic magnet precursor which can be supplied in molding a plastic magnet with a constant composition without requiring kneading in which a resin is melted and sheared. Through injection molding using the precursor, a plastic magnet having little deterioration of magnetic properties and a small variation in quality is obtained. The plastic magnet precursor according to the present invention includes an Nd—Fe—B isotropic magnet powder and a ferrite anisotropic magnet powder subjected to coating with a titanate coupling agent, and a thermoplastic resin powder adhered around the magnet powder.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: January 30, 2004
Date of Patent: February 26, 2008
    Assignee: Mitsubishi Denki Kabushiki Kaisha
Inventors: Takako Takei, Takeshi Araki, Takanori Sone, Hiroyuki Teramoto, Takayuki Hanaki, Noriaki Matsunaga
  • Publication number: 20060226393
Abstract: The present invention provides a plastic magnet precursor which can be supplied to a step of molding a plastic magnet at a constant composition without requiring a kneading step in which a resin is melted and sheared. Through injection molding using the precursor, a plastic magnet having little deterioration of magnetic properties and a small variation in quality is obtained. The plastic magnet precursor according to the present invention includes an Nd—Fe—B isotropic magnet powder (1) and a ferrite anisotropic magnet powder subjected to a coating treatment with a titanate coupling agent (4), and a thermoplastic resin powder (2) is adhered around the magnet powder (1) to form a powder shape.
