  • Patent number: 11933826
Abstract: An execution device according to an exemplary embodiment includes an operation device, an acceleration sensor, and an arithmetic device. The operation device is a device for executing a predetermined operation. The acceleration sensor measures acceleration applied to the execution device. The arithmetic device measures an elapsed time after the acceleration measured by the acceleration sensor becomes a value within a reference range, and when a predetermined time elapses while the acceleration remains a value within the reference range, causes the operation device to execute the predetermined operation.

  • Patent number: 11906466
Abstract: A measurement method performed by a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus including a chamber is provided. In the measurement method, first measurement data including a signal of a resonance frequency of the chamber is acquired as reference data, in response to transmitting an electrical signal into the chamber while a jig capable of performing wireless communication is not placed in the chamber. Subsequently, second measurement data including the signal of the resonance frequency of the chamber and including a signal of a resonance frequency of a sensor installed in the jig is acquired, in response to transmitting an electrical signal into the chamber while the jig is placed in the chamber. By subtracting the reference data from the second measurement data, third measurement data is calculated.

  • Patent number: 11792508
Abstract: A remote control device 60 measures a distance to a noticed imaging target OB directly in front of the remote control device 60 by a distance measurement unit. Further, the remote control device 60 measures a movement from an initial state by a motion sensor unit and transmits imaging target position information indicative of the measured distance and movement from a communication unit to an imaging device 20. An imaging target position calculation unit provided on the imaging device 20 calculates, on the basis of the imaging target position information from the remote control device 60, a direction of the noticed imaging target OB with respect to the direction in the initial state of the imaging device 20. By generating a direction controlling signal on the basis of a calculation result of the imaging target position calculation unit and outputting the direction controlling signal to a pan head 40, the imaging direction of the imaging device 20 can be set to the direction of the noticed imaging target OB.

  • Publication number: 20230266261
Abstract: A measuring method according to an exemplary embodiment includes acquiring a temperature by a temperature sensor at a first time, and acquiring a first parameter that sets an admittance of a phase adjustment circuit. The measuring method includes acquiring a second parameter corresponding to the temperature acquired at the first time. The second parameter is generated based on a second parameter group that is pre-stored. The measuring method includes acquiring a correction parameter group by correcting a second parameter group to correspond to the first parameter based on the first parameter and the second parameter.

  • Publication number: 20220150421
Abstract: A sub imaging apparatus 60 used by a user generates a sub captured image by imaging a subject OB. A main imaging apparatus 20 of which an imaging direction can be changed by a camera platform 40 is remotely controlled by the sub imaging apparatus 60 to image the subject imaged by the sub imaging apparatus 60 so as to generate a main captured image with an angle of view different from that of the sub captured image. An image combination section included in the sub imaging apparatus 60 generates a display image by combining the sub captured image generated by the sub imaging apparatus 60 with the main captured image generated by the main imaging apparatus 20. A display section included in the sub imaging apparatus 60 displays the display image generated by the image combination section. Using the sub imaging apparatus 60, the user may cause the main imaging apparatus 20 away from the sub imaging apparatus 60 to image a desired subject easily.
