Patent number: 7102171Abstract: A magnetic semiconductor material having magnetization characteristics and a method for preparing the same is provided. In the method for preparing the magnetic semiconductor, Mn is vapor-deposited at a thickness of 200 to 300 ? onto a CdGeP2 single crystal (2) while the CdGeP2 single crystal (2) is maintained at a temperature of about 390° C. in a molecular beam epitaxy apparatus (1). The Mn-deposited CdGeP2 single crystal is heated at a temperature of about 510° C. for 1 hour. Thus, a magnetic semiconductor comprising CdMnGeP2 and having magnetization characteristics at room temperature is prepared.Type: GrantFiled: August 29, 2001Date of Patent: September 5, 2006Assignee: Japan Science and Technology CorporationInventors: Katsuaki Sato, Gennadiy Medvedkin, Takayuki Ishibashi

Patent number: 6751181Abstract: A pair of pins 2c, 2d is arranged on the left and right of each of a plurality of trays 2 placed vertically movably so as to protrude laterally, whereas separating cams 82 are arranged on both sides of the trays 2 in a protrudable and withdrawable way. The separating cams 82 are formed with four first separating control parts 82c1 for moving upward the pins 2c, 2d of the selected tray 2 and the tray(s) 2 thereabove, four second separating control parts 82c2 for moving upward only the pins 2c, 2d of the tray(s) 2 above the selected tray 2, and four third separating control parts 82d each for engaging with only a pair of pins 2c, 2d of the selected tray 2. Movement of the separating cam 82 forms spaces above and below the selected tray 2 to hold a disc on the selected tray 2 from above and below for reproduction on the spot.Type: GrantFiled: May 25, 2001Date of Patent: June 15, 2004Assignee: Sony CorporationInventors: Tomohiro Watanabe, Kazuyuki Takizawa, Takayuki Ishibashi, Yoshiteru Taka, Toru Hama

Patent number: 6724713Abstract: In an on-vehicle disc player having a disc elevator (22) for making a plurality of trays (2) each having a CD placed on it stacked one over another in the vertical direction move in the stacking direction, there is provided plate springs (2e) for pressing an inserted CD at both sides of the tray (2). Further, there is provided separating cams (82) for forming spaces at both side of the tray (2) having a CD to be reproduced, by the movement in the fore-and-aft direction. Holding means for holding and rotating the CD are inserted to the spaces formed by the separating cams (82) to hold the CD. Thereafter, by pushing down the plate springs (2e) which has pushed and caught the CD in the tray (2) by means of peripheral portions (82x) of lower faces of upper stage entering portions (82j) of the separating cams (82), the CD is released and the tray (2) is pushed down to be separated from the CD.Type: GrantFiled: May 22, 2001Date of Patent: April 20, 2004Assignee: Sony CorporationInventors: Tomohiro Watanabe, Kazuyuki Takizawa, Takayuki Ishibashi, Yoshiteru Taka, Toru Hama

Patent number: 6683828Abstract: In place of a conventional tray, a pair of mounting stages 2 is arranged as a disc holding device, wherein six pairs of mounting stages 2 are vertically movably placed one upon another by arranging guide supports 23 through guide holes 2i of the pair of mounting stages 2 for mounting a disc thereon. Spring bearings 2j are arranged on the uppermost mounting stages 2, inside which received are the lower ends of coil springs 24 enclosing spring guides 26 arranged between a top plate and a bottom plate, achieving reduced size and weight of the disc holding device for mounting discs thereon.Type: GrantFiled: June 13, 2001Date of Patent: January 27, 2004Assignee: Sony CorporationInventors: Tomohiro Watanabe, Kazuyuki Takizawa, Takayuki Ishibashi, Yoshiteru Taka, Toru Hama

Patent number: 4565579Abstract: A nonexplosive chemical composition for gently and noiselessly breaking a rock or concrete mass. The composition comprises a principal component which is prepared by calcining a starting mixture comprising 100 parts by weight of quick lime and 1-20 parts by weight of calcium fluoride. In rock or concrete breaking operations, this composition in the form of aqueous slurry is poured into drill-holes and left to spontaneously hydrate and set with development of expansion pressure. For adequate retardation of the hydration, preferably a second fluoride such as Na.sub.2 SiF.sub.6 which gives CaF.sub.2 by reaction with CaO at the calcination temperature is added to the starting mixture. As an alternatively preferable method for the same purpose, an amino acid compound and/or a lignosulfonate is used as a hydration retarding agent which is mixed with the calcined principal component. Various auxiliary agents may optionally be added to this composition.Type: GrantFiled: October 26, 1983Date of Patent: January 21, 1986Assignee: Central Glass Company, LimitedInventors: Isami Fujioka, Kazutoshi Imada, Motoyasu Nishimura, Takayuki Ishibashi
