  • Publication number: 20200207656
Abstract: A glass shaping method capable of grinding and/or polishing a fine brittle material more stably than conventional methods is provided. The glass shaping method of the present invention comprises: a mold forming step of shaping a surface of a base material having a higher melting temperature than a glass softening point to form a mold 10; a glass molding step of sealing softened glass into a groove 15 formed in a surface of the mold 10 by the forming step to mold a glass substrate 17; a glass processing step of cutting, grinding and/or polishing the glass substrate 17, with the mold 10 being fixed, to form a glass shaped article 1; and a step of eliminating only the base material 16 of the mold 10 after the glass processing step to remove the glass shaped article 1 from the mold.

  • Publication number: 20070188658
Abstract: The invention provides at low cost a graphic display device which can display video with a video signal in a predetermined format and includes an external input portion capable of having a signal other than the video signal in the predetermined format inputted thereto, where the graphic display device can notify a user in the case where an inputted video signal is in an unsupported format. A synchronizing signal is extracted by a video signal processing portion from a video signal inputted from an external input portion, and it is determined whether or not the video signal is in an unsupported format by a microcontroller so as to indicate that it is an unsupported signal on a display according to a determination result. It is thereby possible to realize the function just by handling of software of the microcontroller with no need to change a circuit configuration.

  • Publication number: 20070097564
Abstract: An electronic apparatus is provided which prevents, when timer programming is set, continuation of a state in which an outside power supply is stopped. A power supply section 21 converts a power supply from outside to a waveform (direct current) and a voltage to be used inside. When power is supplied to the power supply section 21, a standby power supply section 22 is charged. An alarm section 28 outputs an alarm to the user. A control section 29 controls a whole electronic apparatus 20 and includes a clock section which counts a date and time and a memory section which stores timer programming information. A SW3 (32) is the switch which turns ON/OFF the power supply to the alarm section 28, is normally set to OFF, but the control section 29 turns ON this switch when outputting an alarm.

  • Publication number: 20060107290
Abstract: The invention provides a digital broadcasting receiving device for receiving digital broadcasting and an electronics apparatus having a common AV circuit board used for a digital circuit board capable of receiving a charging broadcast and a digital circuit board incapable of receiving the charging broadcast so that the cost can be reduced. A circuit configuration of an AV circuit board 10 is rendered compatible and common with multiple digital circuit boards 20 and 30, and a projection on an upside of a vertical tuner 26 mounted on the digital circuit board 20 incapable of receiving the charging broadcast placed on a downside is shaped like a notch by providing a split board 14 on a corner of the AV circuit board 10 contacting the projection of the vertical tuner 26 so that the AV circuit board 10 and the digital circuit board 20 can be placed in two-layer placement.

  • Publication number: 20050264709
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide a television receiver using a cathode ray tube capable of reducing development and manufacturing costs during a period of transition from analog television to digital television. By forming functional sections common to CRT display devices such as a video signal processing section made up of a chroma section 505, horizontal drive circuit section 506 and vertical drive circuit section 508, a power supply section 503 and fly-back transformer 507 on a TV printed circuit board 50 as a circuit board different from a circuit board provided with functional sections for generating a video signal from each broadcasting signal or the like, and replacing only non-common parts (parts of the separate circuit board), it is possible to construct analog television and digital television, and reduce development and manufacturing costs.

  • Patent number: 6860005
Abstract: A method of fabricating a printed circuit board efficiently within a short time is disclosed. Two areas R1 and R2 to fabricate two printed circuit boards are assigned to a single original board 5 from which a plurality of boards are available. A first automatic mounting area 1 where the chip parts are mounted to obtain one printed circuit board is set in the area R1. A second automatic mounting area 2 where the chip parts are mounted to obtain another printed circuit board is set in the area R2. An automatic mounting range 3, including the two automatic mounting areas 1 and 2, is set in a predetermined range of the original board 5 in such a manner as to correspond to the range where the chip parts mounter carries out the work of mounting the chip parts.

  • Patent number: 3991034
Abstract: A polyester resin composition suitable for preparing a powder paint, obtained by mixing a polyester, which is obtained by depolymerizing a polyester having a high degree of polymerization with an intrinsic viscosity of about 0.4 or more with at least one of a substantially nonvolatile alcohol and an ester having at least one alcoholic hydroxyl group in the same molecule, melts at a temperature between about 45.degree. C and about 120.degree. C and has terminal hydroxyl groups and an average degree of polymerization ranging from about 5 to about 50, with a polyisocyanate blocked with an alkyl p-hydroxybenzoate by melting. The polyester resin composition can be readily pulverized, has no blocking property and has the fluidity at relatively low temperatures sufficient to facilitate pigmentation, and can form beautiful coatings. The coatings have good resistance to weathering, solvents, humidity and fouling, and excellent adhesion to a metal.
