  • Publication number: 20140049207
Abstract: An energy power depositing/charging management system and method is provided. When energy is deposited in an energy storage station from an onboard power storage device of a vehicle, a vehicle energy management unit manages reductions in the remaining stored energy level of energy in the onboard power storage device. The vehicle energy management unit and a storage station energy management unit manage increases in the energy remaining amount of deposited energy in the energy storage station, thereby allowing for charging up to the remaining amount of deposited energy of energy identified with an ID for the vehicle in the energy storage station.

  • Patent number: 8569120
Abstract: An object is to provide a method for manufacturing a thin film transistor having favorable electric characteristics, with high productivity. A gate electrode is formed over a substrate and a gate insulating layer is formed over the gate electrode. A first semiconductor layer is formed over the gate insulating layer by generating plasma using a deposition gas containing silicon or germanium, hydrogen, and a rare gas. Next, a second semiconductor layer including an amorphous semiconductor and a microcrystal semiconductor is formed in such a manner that the first semiconductor layer is partially grown as a seed crystal by generating plasma using a deposition gas containing silicon or germanium, hydrogen, and a gas containing nitrogen. Then, a semiconductor layer to which an impurity imparting one conductivity is added is formed and a conductive film is formed. Thus, a thin film transistor is manufactured.

  • Publication number: 20130251507
Abstract: Disclosed is an EPDM composition for molding sealing materials, containing a plasticizer; the plasticizer being a paraffinic oil or naphthenic oil in which the absolute value of the difference between its SP value (solubility parameter; determined by Small's formula) and the SP value of EPDM is 0.3 (cal/cm3)1/2 or less; and the composition being free of an ether ester plasticizer. The EPDM composition for molding sealing materials has the following excellent effects. Because a paraffinic oil or naphthenic oil that is compatible with EPDM and has an absolute value of the difference between its SP value and the SP value of EPDM of 0.3 (cal/cm3)1/2 or less is used as the plasticizer, a peroxide crosslinked product of the EPDM composition does not form defects that cause the starting point of blisters even when it is subjected to extraction by being brought into contact with HFO-1234yf.

  • Patent number: 8447514
Abstract: A mobile communication terminal 10 has a navigation function to perform a route guidance from a present location to a destination by utilizing a network 100 and a GPS signal. A geomagnetism sensor 46, a direction detecting circuit 44 and a gyro sensor 48 detects a traveling direction of the mobile communication terminal 10 (user). The CPU 20 determines whether or not the traveling direction and a direction of the route designated by the navigation function are coincident with each other by the processing in a step S7. Then, if the traveling direction and the direction of the route designated by the navigation function are not coincident with each other, the LED 38 notifies what direction the user has to go by emitting light in any one of red, yellow and orange.
