Abstract: A resinous spring includes ring-shaped members disposed with gaps interposed therebetween in the direction of the spring axis and link members connecting adjacent ones of the ring-shaped members. Each ring-shaped member has vertex portions to each of which a first link member or a second link member is connectable, thin portions at which the ring-shaped member is reduced in thickness in the direction of the spring axis, and tapered portions at which the ring-shaped member is reduced in thickness in the direction of the spring axis gradually from the vertex portions to the thin portions.

Abstract: System capable of giving a sense of unity or solidarity to a plurality of users sharing information is provided. Each of a plurality of client terminals includes a position information acquiring means. A management server updates user position information stored in a user database based on present position information of the respective client terminals. The management server reads a plurality of items of user position information contained in a predetermined range and a plurality of items of user information associated with the user position information contained in the predetermined range from the user database on the basis of the predetermined range of the map information read from a map database, and transmits them to the client terminals. The client terminal displays the items of user information at respective positions corresponding to the items of user position information on the map information in the predetermined range received from the management server.

Abstract: It is intended to provide a means for obtaining a novel soy sauce with less soy sauce smell and having a rich flavor although it is a brewed soy sauce. More particularly, it is intended to provide a process for producing such a brewed soy sauce, comprising: preparing a soy sauce koji; preparing a soy sauce moromi by adding an aqueous common salt solution to the soy sauce koji at a ratio of water within 170% to 450% (V/V); fermenting and maturating the soy sauce moromi; adding either a soy sauce koji alone or a combination of a soy sauce koji and an aqueous common salt solution to the soy sauce moromi during the fermentation and maturation; and further fermenting and maturating the soy sauce moromi after the addition thereof.

Abstract: A method of producing a semiconductor device having a tapered through hole without wet etching or masking with polysilicon is disclosed. The method may include forming an interlayer insulating film (2) and first insulating film (7) over a lower wiring layer (1). With a photoresist layer (3) as a mask, dry etching may form a recess (8) in the surface of interlayer insulating film (2). After removing photoresist (3), a second insulating film (9) may be formed over first insulating film (7) and within recess (8). Second insulating film (9) may be etched back to form a sidewall (9a) within recess (8). A through hole (10) may then be formed by etching under conditions that result in an etch speed ratio between an interlayer insulating film (2) and sidewall (9a) in the range of about 10. A through hole (10) can thus be formed having a tapered shape and desired slope.

The upper level pattern having a dummy pattern formed integrally therewith to extend near to the step in a plan view or to extend so as to partially overlap with the step in the plan view. Alternatively, the lower level pattern has a dummy pattern formed integrally therewith to extend near to an edge of the upper level pattern in a plan view, or to extend so as to overlap partially with the edge of the upper level pattern in the plan view.
