    Abstract: A resist film structure is provided, which allows a resist layer to have improved photosensitivity to EUV or electron beams without changing the photosensitivity of the resist material itself. A metal layer 1 with a thickness as small as a nanometer level is provided on a resist polymer layer 2 formed on a substrate 3. When the resist layer in this structure is exposed to light, the metal layer 1 produces a surface plasmon effect to enhance the irradiation to the resist film, so that the photosensitivity of the resist film is improved.

    Abstract: A cathode ray tube device has a neck, a funnel, a face panel, an inner conductive film disposed on an inner surface of the funnel, a first outer conductive film disposed on an outer surface of the funnel, and a deflection yoke. The inner conductive film and the first outer conductive film act as a capacitor. A second outer conductive film for electric field shielding is disposed on an outer surface of the funnel. The second conductive film is disposed between the deflection yoke and the first outer conductive film in such a way that the second outer conductive film is separated from the deflection yoke and is not covered by the deflection yoke.

    Abstract: A convergence correcting device movable in the direction of horizontal deflection axis comprising a first pair of magnetic pieces disposed at a specific interval on both sides of electron beams on the horizontal deflection axis, and a second pair of magnetic pieces disposed at a specific interval on both sides of the electron beams on a vertical deflection axis. These magnetic pieces are disposed between a deflection yoke and a subsidiary yoke. In this simple structure, the YV axis deviation due to correction of XH axis deviation can be canceled, and by setting the intervals of the first and second pair of magnetic pieces at proper values, the XH axis deviation can be easily corrected to a practically ignorable level without causing YV axis deviation.
