  • Publication number: 20210277504
Abstract: A metal member according to this invention is composed of polycrystals of a metal made of ruthenium or an alloy containing ruthenium at a maximum ratio. The aspect ratio of a crystal grain of the polycrystalline metal member is 1.5 or more. A plurality of crystal grains forming the metal member are arranged with their major axes being pointed in the same direction, and the number of crystal grains in a section in the major axis direction of the crystal grains is 120 or less per 1 mm2.

  • Patent number: 9961525
Abstract: Communication becomes impossible for many mobile stations when a communication failure occurs in a fixed station while the mobile stations are operating in an infrastructure mode. Provided is a communication system that includes a plurality of mobile stations and at least one of a base station and a wireless LAN access point, wherein the plurality of mobile stations establish communication with each other and form an ad hoc network that realizes a mesh network topology, and at least one mobile station among the plurality of mobile stations establishes communication with at least one of the base station and the wireless LAN access point, and connects another mobile station among the plurality of mobile stations to the at least one of the base station and the wireless LAN access point using a tethering function.

  • Patent number: 6810437
Abstract: A monitor request instruction issuing-side shared memory (14) into which a list of devices to be monitored based on monitoring requests is provided between a monitoring application executing-section (11) and a monitor request instruction issuing unit (13). A monitor data obtaining-side shared memory (16) into which monitor data obtained by a monitor data obtaining unit (15) is written is provided between the monitoring application executing-section (11) and the monitor data obtaining unit (15). Thus, the monitor request instruction issuing unit (13), the monitor data obtaining unit (15), and the monitoring application executing-section (11) can operate mutually asynchronously. Further, a data flow is made in one direction, and an exclusive control relating to share memories can be minimized.

  • Patent number: 5859577
Abstract: A transformer with laminated sheet cores consists of a coil bobbin having a core hole, and a plurality of laminated sheet cores, each having a middle leg inserted into the core hole and a fixing member such as a cover fixed to the coil bobbin, receiving the ends of the sheet cores so as to prevent the sheet cores from being removed from the cover. The laminated sheet cores are fixed to the core bobbin without being pressed in the direction of their total thickness and without lowering the core characteristic. The transformer has a smaller number of the cores and can be manufactured at smaller processes.
