  • Patent number: 5941498
Abstract: A pin secured at one end of a link is inserted into an L-shaped groove of a ock lever pivoted to the upper surface of an upper guide rail and the other end of the link is connected to an actuator by way of a wire. The hook of the lock lever can be inserted into the hook hole of the flange of the lower guide rail. Rotating of the lock lever and thus rotation of the upper guide rail relative to the lower guide rail by an accidental external force to the lock lever can be prevented in the rotatable seat.

  • Patent number: 5102979
Abstract: This invention provides a polyester, which is composed of a constitutive unit of formula (I) and a constitutive unit of formula (II) in a proportion of (I)/(II) of being from 0.1/99.9 to 99.1/0.1 as a molar ratio and which has a logarithmic viscosity (.eta..sub.inh) of being 0.1 or more: ##STR1## where R.sub.0 is a fluorine-free monovalent organic group having from 1 to 40 carbon atoms, R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 are independently a divalent organic group having from 1 to 40 carbon atoms, and n is 0 or 1.This invention also provides a method of preparing the polyester, in which (A) a monoepoxy compound of formula (III) ##STR2## where R.sub.0 and n have the same meanings as mentioned above, (B) a polyester or a polyester precursor and (C) a dicarboxylic acid compound are reacted and polymerized.
