Abstract: The present invention provides a main body with a coupling section, wherein the circuit board includes terminals for power supply and for signal, wherein the coupling section has a first positioning section and a second positioning section, and wherein the assembly is configured so that in a state where positioning has been performed by the first positioning section, positioning by the second positioning section is performed and the coupling section is coupled to another coupling section of another main body. Thus, coupling the coupling section is performed in the state where positioning has been performed, wherein connection of the terminals for power supply and for signal to power supply and signal terminal sections is performed in this state, which may enable the operability for coupling a coupling section to be improved while ensuring a mechanically and electrically correct coupled state.
Abstract: A high-pressure pump includes a pressurizing chamber forming portion, a suction passage forming portion, a seat member, a valve member, a cylindrical member, a needle, a movable core, a biasing member, a fixed core, and a coil including a winding portion. The coil generates an attractive force between the fixed core and the movable core when the winding portion is energized. The coil includes an outer cylindrical surface and multiple inner cylindrical surfaces that have different diameters. The multiple inner cylindrical surfaces are arranged in order of increasing diameter in a direction toward a pressurizing chamber. The movable core has an end surface that faces the fixed core, and the end surface of the movable core is located between a center, in an axial direction, of a smallest diameter one of the plurality of inner cylindrical surfaces and a center, in an axial direction, of the outer cylindrical surface.
Abstract: An automated machine 1 is provided to comprise a communications device 5 for receiving remotely operable signals emitted from a mobile terminal 10 to produce monetary signals corresponding to money amount data in the remotely operable signals, a bill acceptor 4 for validating bills inserted from the outside to produce the monetary signals when bill acceptor 4 judges the inserted bill to be genuine and for relaying the monetary signals from communications device 5, a control device 8 that has built-in program software to produce drive signals of the amount corresponding to the monetary signals in accordance with the program software when control device 8 receives the monetary signals from bill acceptor 4. In another aspect, communications device 5 may receive the remotely operable signals emitted from mobile terminal 10 to produce the monetary signals corresponding to the money amount data in the remotely operable signals and receive the monetary signals from bill acceptor 4 and send them to control device 8.

Abstract: An apparatus for etching a substrate includes a chamber, a substrate support, a radio frequency (RF) power supply, and a RF filter. The substrate support is disposed in the chamber. The substrate support has an electrode, an electrostatic chuck disposed on the electrode, and a conductive edge ring disposed to surround the substrate placed on the electrostatic chuck. The RF power supply is configured to supply RF power to generate plasma from a gas inside the chamber. The RF filter has a variable impedance. The edge ring and the RF filter are electrically directly connected through a connecting unit.
Abstract: A force sensor includes a first structure, a second structure, a plurality of third structures and a plurality of strain sensors. The first structure includes three or more first elastic portions deformable in six axial directions. The second structure includes three or more second elastic portions deformable in the six axial directions, and three or more relay portions connected to the second elastic portions, respectively, and deformable in the six axial directions. A plurality of third structures are provided respectively between each of the relay portions of the second structure and each of the first elastic portions of the first structure. The plurality of strain sensors are provided between the first structure and each of the relay portions.
