  • Publication number: 20230068151
Abstract: In vertical concentrating washing machines, processed raw material is transported upward but ends up containing shower water. That is, the moisture content ends up increasing during the transport process even though the material has been dewatered. A transport blade (8) has a plate-like shape in plan view and includes a fan-shaped portion (10) that extends rearward in the rotational direction, developing into a fan shape, and the transport blade is attached such that a plate surface thereof has a slanted orientation with respect to the axis direction of a rotary shaft (6), with a forward side, in the rotational direction, of the plate surface being disposed lower than a rearward side thereof. A plurality of the transport blades (8) is attached so as to delineate a helix along the circumferential direction of the rotary shaft (6) while leaving a communicating portion that is straight in the vertical direction. Shower water falls from gaps (S) between the transport blade (8).

  • Publication number: 20220243394
Abstract: Waste paper contains sticky foreign material, and the recovery and sending of this sticky foreign material to a paper-making process together with fiber is liable to lead not only to the sticky foreign material sticking to and contaminating the paper making machine or dryer but also paper peeling and tearing, causing a decline in paper quality.

  • Patent number: 6205675
Abstract: A dehydration machine includes a stuff tank, a stuff inlet provided at a lower portion of the stuff tank, a stuff outlet provided at an upper portion of the stuff tank, and a pair of drums each having a circumferential wall with a plurality of water passage apertures, the pair of drums being juxtaposed in the stuff tank. The pair of drums rotate adversely about its respective axis so as to introduce stuffs in the stuff tank therebetween from a lower side thereof. One of the drum is rotatable in an immovable manner, and the other of the drums is rotatable in an inclinable manner while being urged toward the one of the drums by an air spring. Each of the drums is provided with a metal net on an outer surface of the circumferential wall.

  • Patent number: 5771718
Abstract: The present invention provides a concentrated washing machine having a rotatable cylindrical drum made of punched metal. The drum has an inner surface lined with wire mesh and the drum is housed within a case body. A handle-shaped end plate, which is equipped with radial ribs, is provided at one end of the cylindrical drum. The other end of the cylindrical drum is open. The end plate has a wire mesh lining and is equipped with a suitable number of vanes. Extending into the open end of the cylindrical drum are: a wire mesh cleaning nozzle; a paper stock charge pipe for spraying onto the vanes; a pipe with numerous holes for spraying cleaning water onto the vanes, and a replenishment wetting water pipe. The handle-shaped end plate equipped with radial ribs and a wire mesh lining is provided at one end of the drum to increase the filter area and thereby improve the washing efficiency. The vanes agitate the paper stock by rotational movement to greatly improve the washing efficiency.

  • Patent number: 5687923
Abstract: The present invention provides a gradual pressure applying type paper deinking device in which material for manufacturing paper is fed by cylinder presses. The deinking device includes: three cylinders arranged in an approximately triangular shape when viewed from the side. At least the first cylinder of the three cylinders having an inner cylinder in which a plurality of small holes are formed and an outer cylinder covering the inner cylinder. Each of the three cylinders have a rotating shaft which has an independent driving device. Each of the rotating shafts pass through an associated one of the three cylinders. A revolving group of spiral revolving blades is attached to each rotating shaft. On the remaining portion of the rotating shaft in a direction that crosses the peripheral direction of the rotating shaft at a slanted angle, crossing crushing blade-equipped kneading blades are provided.
