Publication number: 20220352773Abstract: A rotor includes: a shaft having a tubular shape; and a rotor core including a through hole into which the shaft is inserted and that has a regular polygonal shape. The shaft is fixed to the rotor core by hydroforming. Of an outer peripheral surface of the shaft, a core contact part that is in contact with the through hole of the rotor core that has the regular polygonal shape has a shape extending along the regular polygonal shape.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 7, 2020Publication date: November 3, 2022Applicants: AISIN CORPORATION, AMINO CORPORATIONInventors: Yutaka HARA, Takehiko ADACHI, Mariko SAITO, Noriyuki WATANABE, Yuji TERAUCHI

Publication number: 20170141487Abstract: A method of the present invention includes: electrically joining an electric wire 5 and a terminal (1) by crimping the electric wire 5 held by a first crimp piece (6) under a stress condition where external force is applied; and mechanically joining the terminal (1) and the electric wire (5) by soldering the electric wire (5) held by a second crimp piece (7) onto the terminal (1) while heating the electric wire (5) under a stress-free condition where no external force is applied by applying an electric current to heating electrodes (10, 12). The terminal (1) that is made of a different material from the electric wire (5) is surface-treated in order to avoid electric corrosion with the electric wire (5).Type: ApplicationFiled: January 30, 2017Publication date: May 18, 2017Applicant: TABUCHI ELECTRIC CO., LTD.Inventors: Akimasa TAMURA, Takenori KUNIMI, Nobuhito KYO, Sachihiko SHINDO, Takehiko ADACHI

Patent number: 8087279Abstract: A method and apparatus for manufacturing a legged annular member. In one aspect, a work member is formed from a ring-like raw material, and has an annular part and an outer wall part, which is formed from a leg part and a connecting part. The connecting part is removed from the work member to form an intermediate legged annular member having an annular part and a leg part. An inner diameter of the leg part of the intermediate legged annular member is expanded while a burr is removed to form a carrier, which serves as a legged annular member. Therefore, the number of manufacturing processes until completion of the carrier can be reduced, compared to performing separate processes to expand the diameter of the leg part and remove the burr. Thus, it is possible to shorten the period of time needed for completion of the carrier.Type: GrantFiled: March 24, 2008Date of Patent: January 3, 2012Assignee: Aisin AW Co., Ltd.Inventors: Masaki Nakajima, Takehiko Adachi, Ariyoshi Terao

Patent number: 6791424Abstract: Piezo oscillators having a quick start-up circuit, which applies a start-up quickening voltage to the piezo resonator only for a predetermined length of time after the application of power supply voltage, added to a piezo oscillating circuit. The start-up time taken for the piezo oscillators to reach the steady-estate oscillation from the non-oscillating state can be significantly shortened. The phase noise characteristics and frequency stability characteristics are not affected, since the start-up quickening voltage is removed after the predetermined length of time.Type: GrantFiled: March 13, 2002Date of Patent: September 14, 2004Assignees: Toyo Communication Equipment Co., Ltd.Inventors: Toshikazu Uchiyama, Hitoshi Takanashi, Masayuki Ishikawa, Koji Hosaka, Tomohiro Tamura, Yuuichi Oinuma, Takehiko Adachi, Shoji Izumiya

Patent number: 6691542Abstract: Excessive increase in processing loads and damages to a thickening roller resulting from pressing the thickening roller against the blank from the outer peripheral end face are prevented, and processing of a cylindrical member having an enlarged diameter portion is made possible. With the side surface of an intermediate portion of a blank abutting and being supported on an increased diameter portion of a mandrel, a thickening roller is pressed against the side surface of the intermediate portion and moved in the radially inward direction. The blank is thus partially thickened, and the thickened portion is pressed into tooth spaces formed in a columnar portion of the mandrel, whereby splines are formed.Type: GrantFiled: September 20, 2001Date of Patent: February 17, 2004Assignee: Aisin AW Co., Ltd.Inventors: Osamu Fukukawa, Masaki Nakajima, Hideyuki Nagai, Takehiko Adachi
