  • Publication number: 20160005298
Abstract: An abnormality detection system includes a processor configured to execute a process. The process includes: storing log data in a storage in which at least a production device number is associated with the event date and time; referring to the log data stored in the storage and calculating a temporal relationship between a first device and a second device that subsequently performs a process after the first device from among a plurality of production devices; detecting elapse of a reference time that is obtained from both the latest log data from among the pieces of log data related to the first device stored in the storage and the temporal relationship calculated at the calculating and that new log data related to the second device is not newly stored in the storage; and displaying an alarm when detection is obtained at the detecting.

  • Publication number: 20150097840
Abstract: A visualization method of manufacturing status is implemented by a computer that visualizes manufacturing status of a product manufactured sequentially by a plurality of processes. The visualization method includes: placing a first symbol that indicates a start and an end of the manufacturing of the product in a first process of the processes on a first temporal axis of the first process with a width corresponding to a time taken from the start to the end of the manufacturing in the first process, and a second symbol that indicates a start and an end of the manufacturing of the product in a second process following the first process on a second temporal axis of the second process with a width corresponding to a time taken from the start to the end of the manufacturing in the second process, the first and the second temporal axes extending in a same direction.

  • Publication number: 20130247860
Abstract: To provide a recoil starter which is provided with a ratchet member smoothly sliding on an inner peripheral surface of a drive pulley and capable of being manufactured at a low cost. A recoil starter is provided with a circular cross section ratchet member rotatably mounted on a shaft hole. The ratchet member is configured by: a rotary shaft portion inserted into the shaft hole; an arm portion bent at a substantially right angle and extending from the rotary shaft portion; and a distal end portion bent parallel to the rotary shaft portion and extending from the arm portion. The ratchet member rotates upon rotation of a rope reel in an engine start direction, engages with a drive pulley by the rotation, and transmits torque of the rope reel to the drive pulley.

  • Patent number: 7796009
Abstract: A managing unit manages an identifier for identifying an authenticated container that is authenticated as a legitimate container. An inquiring unit inquires, before transferring a substance between containers, the managing unit whether both of the containers are the authenticated containers. An approving unit approves a transaction of the substance, upon acquiring a response from the inquiring unit saying that both of the containers are the authenticated containers.
