  • Publication number: 20090279925
Abstract: A belt for an image forming apparatus having at least an elastic layer on a substrate composed of polyimide resin. The elastic layer is composed of an imide-modified elastomer. This enables the belt for an image forming apparatus achieving high image quality, high speed printing and excellent durability. The imide-modified elastomer is preferably an imide-modified polyurethane elastomer. The storage elastic modulus E? at 50° C. of the imide-modified elastomer is preferably in the range of 1.0×106 to 6.0×107 Pa. A mold releasing resin layer is preferably disposed on the elastic layer.

  • Publication number: 20070093631
Abstract: The thermoplastic polyurethane molding of the present invention is obtained by melting, molding, cooling and solidifying, subsequently heating to a temperature T1 (specifically, 180 to 190° C) that is not more than flow starting temperature Tm and not less than glass transition point Tg and cooling down quickly to a temperature T2 (Tm>T1>T2>Tg, specifically, 160 to 165° C.). In dynamic viscoelasticity measurement, the difference between the temperature at which LogE? turns 4.5 MPa and the peak temperature of tan ? is 190 to 225° C.

  • Patent number: 4083742
Abstract: A process for producing ornamental standing toys in which a rectangular laminated synthetic resin sheet comprising a foam synthetic resin core sandwiched in between a pair of weldable synthetic resin layers adhered to the opposite surfaces of said core and bearing a series of patterns of toys printed in symmetry with respect to the longitudinal center line is provided, a high frequency welder is applied against said sheet to cut selected portions of said patterns of toys from said sheet and simultaneously to weld said weldable layers sandwiching said core together along the peripheral edges of the selected portions of the patterns to form portions of the toys, said sheet is folded along said longitudinal center line and another high frequency welder is applied against said sheet to cut the remaining portions of said patterns of toys from the sheet and simultaneously to weld said weldable layers sandwiching said core together along the edges of the remaining portions of the patterns of toys to thereby complete
