  • Publication number: 20240374750
Abstract: There are provided a linker compound, for which a glutathione concentration at which a disulfide bond dissociates can be designed by molecular design, and which can accurately identify a cancer cell, is stable outside a target cell, and can effectively release a drug compound in the target cell, and a complex compound containing the same. The linker compound is used for a complex compound containing a drug compound and has a structure represented by the following Formula (1). (In Formula (1), R is a compound containing hydrogen, carbon, oxygen, or a halogen element, or a derivative thereof.

  • Patent number: 7442788
Abstract: An antisense molecule which acts on both directions of the inhibition and expression of a gene function and is capable of on-off switching of a gene function appropriately depending on the external factors (orientation controlling factors); and a method for reversibly controlling the expression of a gene function by using the antisense molecule. Such an antisense molecule, which has at least one sugar-base moiety consisting of sugar and a purine or pyrimidine base bonded thereto via a glucoside bond, can bind to a mRNA/gene and/or dissociate therefrom under the orientation control of the base moiety in the molecule by the orientation controlling factors.

  • Publication number: 20060191631
Abstract: Laser generated from a laser generator is reflected by a laser mirror, passes through an array substrate (glass substrate) through a backup glass, and then, directly irradiated to an ACF in a pinpoint manner. The laser from the laser generator is set to have a wavelength whose transmittance of transmitting the TCP and the array substrate having the ACF inserted therebetween is higher than that of the other wavelength. The ACF is welded by this laser irradiation, so that the TCP and the array substrate are bonded to each other.
