  • Publication number: 20240106293
Abstract: In a motor, a wire terminal, to which an end at an end of winding of a wire is connected, is held by an insulator that is held by a stator core. The wire terminal comprises: a substrate connection section; plural legs held by a split insulator; a plate section, a thickness direction of which faces a radial direction, between the legs and the substrate connection section; and a wire connection section, a portion of which projected from the plate section is bent to hold the wire on an inner side. An elastic section is a meandering section meandering to turn back in a circumferential direction between the plate section and the substrate connection section, and extends from an end on another side in the circumferential direction of the plate section toward the substrate connection section.

  • Publication number: 20070241708
Abstract: A voltage for driving a cooling fan is usually output from a fan voltage control circuit. Whether to cause the fan voltage control circuit to output the drive voltage or not is controlled by a system management utility (software) and a bridge controller (hardware) on the basis of temperature data from a temperature sensor. To provide for the occurrence of a failure in the system management utility or the bridge controller, a temperature comparator monitors the temperature data from the temperature sensor and instructs a fan voltage control circuit to output a drive voltage for the cooling fan in the case where the temperature rises above a given value.

  • Publication number: 20040079119
Abstract: A reaction chamber including a reaction chamber in which preform is formed is provided. A cladding burner for forming a cladding of the preform is arranged in the reaction chamber, and a blocking member for suppressing ascending of the air in the reaction chamber is provided above the cladding burner. With this arrangement, abrupt flame-up of a flame containing glass particles produced through the burner is suppressed, the productivity of a preform is improved by accelerated formation of a preform, and the amount of glass particles which may adhere to a wall of the reaction chamber is reduced.

  • Patent number: 4540666
Abstract: A methane fermentation process wherein a strain of the genus Methanobacterium is cultivated in a fermenter containing at least a carbon source, a nitrogen source, inorganic salts and micro-flora for methane fermentation. The strain has a methanogenic activity above 8.7.times.10.sup.-8 ml/cell.day in the stationary phase of growth, exhibits the methanogenic activity even at an oxygen partial pressure of 1/30 atm. and is allowed to live under an oxygen partial pressure up to 1/5 atm. The seed of the strain is obtained by anaerobically cultivating the strain in a culture medium containing at least nitrogen sources, inorganic salts and reducing agents in a mesophilic range of 25.degree. to 45.degree. C. using a substrate such as a mixed gas of hydrogen and carbon dioxide, a formate or an acetate. The growth of the strain is facilitated when cocultured with a strain belonging to the genus Clostridium.

  • Patent number: 4474883
Abstract: For saving the heat energy required for alcohol production, processes are provided for subjecting rootstocks (Rhizomes) to enzymatic hydrolysis without conventional cooking with steam in order to obtain a high concentration saccharified material which is then subjected to alcohol fermentation. The first process comprises dipping raw rootstocks in a dilute acid for the purpose of sterilization, then crushing the sterilized rootstocks, macerating the crushed rootstocks, dextrinizing the macerated material by the action of bacterial .alpha.-amylase and adding to the dextrinized material glucoamylase and yeast for alcohol fermentation to effect saccharification thereof and subsequent alcohol fermentation. The second process comprises sterilizing rootstocks with a dilute acid and then crushing it, followed by adding blended maceration enzymes to effect maceration amd saccharification with subsequent alcohol fermentation by yeast.
