    Abstract: A method of manufacturing a liquid crystal device includes forming an alignment film on each of a first large-sized substrate and a second large-sized substrate each on which a plurality of substrates are arranged by an oblique evaporation method, dividing the plurality of substrates arranged on the first large-sized substrate while holding positional information of the plurality of substrates, and bonding one of the plurality of the divided substrates and a substrate arranged on the second large-sized substrate to each other in accordance with the held positional information.
