    Abstract: A manufacturing device for manufacturing a reclosable-tape-having bag manufactures a reclosable-tape-having bag in which a reclosable tape is mounted on an inner surface of a bag body 10 while an open tape 23 for ripping and opening the bag body 10 is provided between a mounting base 212 and an upper film 11 of the bag body 10. When a female-like projection (21a) is fitted in the female-like projection (21b), the elastic viscous material (4) is pressed against the head (221a) of the male-like projection (22a) so as to be abutted against the head (221a) of the male-like projection (22a) while undergoing elastic deformation, and is in intimate contact with the surface of the front end side of the head (221a) by the adhesive force and elastic force, whereby the airtightness of the zipper-equipped bag can be secured.

    Abstract: An easily openable self-standing bag is provided with a first film containing L-LDPE, a second film made by biaxially drawing a raw film containing Ny6 at a drawing ratio of not less than 2.8 in both machine and transverse directions and a third film made by biaxially drawing polyethylene terephthalate. The L-LDPE film acts as a sealant layer, the film containing Ny6 acts as an intermediate layer and the polyethylene terephthalate film acts as an outermost layer. The three layers are laminated to form a bag body. The bag further includes a resin film for a split guide having a directional array of crystalline area laminated along opposing outer surfaces of the bag body to form the split guide. A notch at an edge of the split guide enables tearing along the length of the split guide to open the bag body.

Examples of nylon include nylon 66, nylon 6-66 copolymer and so on. Under this manufacturing method for an oriented splittable film, when a raw film is heated in a biaxially orienting process, such as the tubular method, the heating temperature at the side part of the film, in the direction of film width,,when folding the bubbles, is controlled along the circumference direction of the bubbles so that it is lower than the heating temperature of the part of the film which is used later as a product.
