    Abstract: A welding gun includes a fixed electrode fixed to an arm, a movable electrode held by a holding member separated from the arm, a pressure driver including a rod portion that is fixed to the holding member, and linearly advances and retracts. The pressure driver applies pressure to a welding target sandwiched between the movable electrode and the fixed electrode by advancing the holding member to the arm with the rod portion, and a guide mechanism that is disposed to extend parallel to an axis of the rod portion, and guides the holding member. The rod portion is fixed to the holding member to be offset to an extended line of an axis of the fixed electrode, and the guide mechanism includes only one guide rod fixed to any of movable portions including the movable electrode, the holding member, and the rod portion.

    Abstract: A replacing and holding device includes an electrode tip puller including two stacked pick plates inserted between an end face of an electrode tip fitted into a shank fixed to a gun arm of a welding gun and an end face of a larger diameter portion of the shank, a guide rod that guides motions of the pick plates in a stacked direction thereof, a pick plate interspace increasing mechanism that increases a space between the pick plates according to positions of the pick plates along the guide rod, an electrode tip holder in one of the pick plates to hold the electrode tip pulled out from the shank, and an electrode tip contact portion in front of the shank in an insert direction of the shank, wherein the electrode tip comes into contact by a motion of the welding gun to insert the shank into the electrode tip.

    Abstract: There is provided a fixed type electrode tip take-out device capable of solving the problem of irregularities of positions of upper and lower electrode tips by urging a tip magazine to be movable, and fixing the locations of the electrode tips of each group at the portions to be fixed to a welder, thereby taking out the electrode tips from the tip magazine with accuracy. The tip magazine is urged to be movable relative to a base plate by a driving unit, boundary portions of respective through holes are partitioned by elastic boundary walls in which wedges are inserted in the same direction as an axis of each through hole, and lowest end portions of electrode tips of each group housed in the tip magazine are brought into contact with a slide plate fixed to the base plate, and the upper and lower electrode tips of each group located at portions to be fixed to a welder are positioned by stoppers fixed to the base plate.
