  • Publication number: 20260245784
Abstract: A core of a reactor includes a powder-compacted core portion constituted by a powder-compacted body of soft magnetic powder and a resin core portion constituted by a molded body of a composite material, and includes an integrally molded member in which the resin core portion is molded using the powder-compacted core portion as an insert. The powder-compacted core portion has a low portion, an outer peripheral edge, and the height of the low portion along the compression direction is lower than a flat portion of another portion, and the resin core portion is connected to part of the powder-compacted core portion and formed flush with the flat portion. At the outer peripheral edge of the powder-compacted core portion, the low portion has a connected low portion connected to the resin core portion, and a non-connected low portion not connected to the resin core portion.

  • Publication number: 20260245786
Abstract: A reactor includes a coil, a core having a middle core portion disposed to penetrate through the inside of the coil, two side core portions arranged side by side outside of the coil and on the sides of the middle core portion, and two end core portions arranged to connect an end portion of the middle core portion to end portions of the two side core portions, and an insulating resin portion covering the coil and the core. The reactor is arranged on a heat dissipation member. The insulating resin portion has a first end portion covering portion and a second end portion covering portion that are arranged between the coil and the end core portions when the coil and the core are attached. The first end portion covering portion has a heat dissipation plate portion disposed between the lower surface of the middle core portion and the coil.

  • Publication number: 20260169254
Abstract: An optical driving device includes a fixed member and a movable member. The fixed member has a first guide surface, and the movable member has a second guide surface. The first guide surface and the second guide surface oppose each other to jointly guide the movable member to move in a linear direction. The optical driving device includes a driving member. A gap is formed between the first guide surface and the second guide surface, and a micro-ball layer composed of micro-balls is in the gap. The optical driving device further includes a spring that applies interaction forces to the driving member, the fixed member, and the movable member. The spring is configured to cause the micro-balls to be pressed against at least one of the first guide surface and the second guide surface.

  • Publication number: 20240411102
Abstract: An optical driving apparatus, including: a fixed member; a driven member that is movable with respect to the fixed member; and a guiding member that restricts the driven member from moving in a predetermined direction with respect to the fixed member, wherein the guiding member has: a first groove in a V-shaped cross-sectional shape, which is formed on any one of the fixed member or the driven member; a first convex portion fitting into the first groove, which is formed on another of the fixed member or the driven member; and a plurality of microspheres interposed in a gap between the first groove and the first convex portion and disposed in a longitudinal direction of the first groove and in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction to generate rolling friction.

  • Patent number: 9778435
Abstract: The present invention provides a lens barrel applicable to digital cameras, image pickup devices and cell phones. The lens barrel is small, low-cost and high-performance, and can suppress, by means of a simple mechanism provided in the lens barrel, a variation in the focal position of the lens barrel caused by the change in temperature. The lens barrel comprises a lens group consisting of a plurality of lenses and a lens chamber for holding the lens group. An elastic member is provided between a set of adjacent lenses of the lens group, for urging the set of adjacent lenses in an optical axis direction of the lenses.
