  • Publication number: 20170260630
Abstract: There is provided a technique of suppressing unintended substrate processing from being performed after predetermined substrate processing is ended, including a substrate support section that supports a substrate in a processing chamber; a processing gas supply section that supplies a processing gas into the processing chamber; and a moving mechanism that moves the substrate support section in the processing chamber, between a first position to which the processing gas supplied from the processing gas supply section is blown, and a second position to which the processing gas supplied from the processing gas supply section is not blown.

  • Publication number: 20170130336
Abstract: Techniques are provided to improve the quality of the thin films deposited on substrates. A substrate transporting mechanism is configured to transport a plurality of substrates arranged in a line along a transport path extending in a first container from an entrance to an exit, and to load and unload substrates into and out of a second container in order. The driving units to drive the substrate transporting mechanism are configured to be detachable from the substrate transporting mechanism provided in the first container and are respectively provided in a substrate loading chamber and a substrate unloading chamber.

  • Patent number: 6457381
Abstract: A shifter motor is provided as an actuator for shifting between a gear for reversing a vehicle by a starter motor and a mode for starting an engine with the starter motor. A switch panel is provided adjacent to a handle grip, and a starter/reverse switch for controlling the starter motor and a reverse shift switch for controlling a shifter motor are disposed adjacent to each other on an operation surface of the switch panel. By the positions of the switches, the rider can perform operations for reversing the vehicle with one hand.

  • Patent number: 6298943
Abstract: To provide a bass-reflex speaker assembly having superior water resistance and which can be mounted on a motorcycle, while not being subjected to the influence of negative pressure due to wind during travel and which is capable of maintaining superior sound quality. A resonant duct projects downwards at an incline at a bottom surface of a speaker enclosure. It is therefore difficult for rain water to enter because the duct opens downwards and water that may enter temporarily can be easily discharged from the same duct. Furthermore, when speakers are positioned within the cowling of the motorcycle, negative pressure occurring due to wind when the vehicle is travelling acts not only on the front surfaces of paper cones of the speakers, but also on the rear surfaces via the ducts. Therefore, superior sound quality can be maintained without the influence of negative pressure being incurred and a bass-reflex speaker assembly suited to motorcycles is therefore possible.
