  • Patent number: 11584226
Abstract: An accelerator device includes a pad configured to receive an input force from a driver, a case attachable to a vehicle body and having a front wall facing the pad, and an internal movable mechanism housed in the case. The internal movable mechanism includes a shaft that is rotatably supported in the case and a pedal extending outward from an outer peripheral portion of the shaft. An arm is arranged to pass through an opening provided in the front wall and to connect the pad and the pedal, and a cushioning member is provided in the front wall, to be inserted between the pedal or the arm and the front wall in an accelerator fully-closed state, and to be inserted between the pad and the front wall in an accelerator fully-open state.

  • Publication number: 20230001789
Abstract: An accelerator device includes at least one drive source, a pedal lever, and a power transmission mechanism. The pedal lever is configured to move according to a pedal depressing operation. The power transmission mechanism is configured to transmit force both in the pedal lever's closing direction and opening direction to the pedal lever by driving of the drive source.

  • Publication number: 20230001787
Abstract: An accelerator device includes a pedal lever, at least one drive source, a power transmission mechanism, and a locking mechanism. The pedal lever operates in response to a depressing operation. The drive source is configured to exert a reaction force as a force in a returning direction to the pedal lever. The power transmission mechanism transmits a drive force from the drive source to the pedal lever. The locking mechanism is capable of regulating the operation of the pedal lever.

  • Publication number: 20230001788
Abstract: An accelerator device includes an inner housing, a pedal lever, an urging member, and an actuator. The inner housing is supported to the outer housing by a support member. The pedal lever is rotatably supported to the inner housing in response to a stepping operation. The urging member urges the pedal lever in a closing direction. The actuator can drive the inner housing in an opening and closing directions of the pedal lever.

  • Publication number: 20030040158
Abstract: A semiconductor device improves the electron mobility in the n-channel MOSFET and reduces the bend or warp of the semiconductor substrate or wafer. The fist nitride layer having a tensile stress is formed on the substrate to cover the n-channel MOSFET. The tensile stress of the first nitride layer serves to relax a compressive stress existing in the channel region. The second nitride layer having an actual compressive stress is formed on the substrate to cover the p-channel MOSFET. The first and second nitride layers serve to decrease bend or warp of the substrate. Preferably, the first nitride layer is a nitride layer of Si formed by a LPCVD process, and the second nitride layer is a nitride layer of Si formed by a PECVD process.

  • Patent number: 5883439
Abstract: A semiconductor chip is mounted on a die pad of a lead-frame, and the semiconductor chip mounted on the die pad is sealed in a plastic package; a side surface of the semiconductor chip and an exposed upper surface and a side surface of the die pad are covered with an organic stress relaxation layer so as to reduce a thermal stress due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the semiconductor chip and the die pad, thereby presenting the plastic package from a crack.
