Abstract: A fabric used for a tongue-integrated upper of a shoe comprises a tubular fabric element. The tubular fabric element comprises a first sock part and a second sock part, the first sock part comprises a first foot and a first leg, the second sock part comprises a second foot and a second leg, with the first foot, the first leg, the second leg, and the second foot continuously formed in this order. The central axis of the first leg and the central axis of the second leg do not coincide with each other and are not parallel to each other, and when the first sock part and the second sock part are placed one on top of the other, the first sock part forms a first layer disposed on the foot side of an upper, and the second sock part forms a second layer disposed covering the first layer.

Abstract: A scheme result determination unit 81 determines, for each scheme executed by each user, whether the execution of the scheme by the user is successful or failed, based on a duration of the execution of the scheme by the user and a duration threshold or range used to determine whether or not the scheme is successful. A combination generation unit 82 generates, for each user, a combination including a failed scheme and a successful scheme based on a result of the determination, the failed scheme being a scheme determined as failed, and the successful scheme being a scheme determined as successful. A scheme recommendation unit 83, when a scheme recognized as failed is input, extracts a combination including the failed scheme that matches the input scheme from the generated combinations, and recommends the successful scheme included in the extracted combination.

Abstract: This system involves carrying out at least an automatic thought extraction step which involves processing for outputting a message which, in a situation in which the user's feelings are perturbed, prompts the input of automatic thoughts, which are thoughts occurring to the user, and an adaptive thought extraction step which includes processing for outputting a message for prompting input of adaptive thoughts, which are thoughts that could be thought by said user in regard to said situation, wherein the system is provided with message output means 101 which outputs dialogue messages, which are messages for eliciting the necessary information from the user in each step, and message generation means 102 which uses the information previously inputted by the user to generate dialogue messages in at least one of the steps.
