  • Publication number: 20130032322
Abstract: An external cellular heat sink structure includes a base and a heat dissipating body integrally formed on the base. The heat dissipating body includes a plurality of hollow cellular units, wherein the neighboring cellular units are connected together, and each cellular unit has at least two openings for communicating the connected cellular units with each other. Thus, the cellular unit can provide the larger dissipation area, and each opening can let the gas pass and disperse the gas so that the time and possibility for the gas to contact the heat dissipating surface are lengthened and increased, respectively, and the heat dissipation efficiency is increased.

  • Publication number: 20130032828
Abstract: A LED light strip module structure includes a substrate and LED dies. The substrate has first and second surfaces. Accommodating cavities are formed on the first surface and extend toward the second surface. Each accommodating cavity has a bottom surface. Bonding metal layers are respectively attached to the bottom surfaces of the accommodating cavities. The LED die includes a crystal layer and a combination metal layer combined together. The LED dies are disposed in the accommodating cavities, respectively, so that the combination metal layer and the bonding metal layer form eutectic bonding. In addition, a diamond film layer may be disposed between the crystal layer and the combination metal layer, so that the LED die and the substrate can possess the stable and secure positioning effect and the thermoconductive speed and effect can be enhanced to lengthen the lifetime of the LED die through the diamond film layer.

  • Publication number: 20130032323
Abstract: A heat sink structure includes a base and heat dissipating fins, which are arranged into at least two heat dissipating groups and integrally formed with the base. Lines connecting apexes of the heat dissipating fins in the heat dissipating group form a convex arc shape. In addition, The heat dissipating fins of the neighboring heat dissipating groups are arranged in the same pattern, or are arranged at different levels and in a gradually rising or gradually falling manner. Thus, the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat sink structure is enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20120224368
Abstract: A LED lamp with high brightness and without overlapping includes a lamp shell, two LED modules, a secondary optical element and reflecting projections. The lamp shell has an inner accommodating space with one side formed with an opening. Each LED module is disposed in the accommodating space and has LED dies. The secondary optical element is disposed at the opening and has a light-permeable portion. The projections are formed on the light-permeable portions. The light rays emitted from each LED module form a light area, the light rays of the neighboring light areas partially overlap with each other to form a light intersecting position, and the light-permeable portion passes through each light intersecting position. Also, the light rays, emitted from the LED modules, are projected onto the surfaces of the projections for reflection to decrease the light loss, increase the brightness, homogenize the light rays and eliminate the glare.

  • Publication number: 20120199336
Abstract: A heat sink includes a base and a heat dissipating structure composed of columnar heat dissipating units integrally formed on the base. Air stream gaps communicating with the dissipating units, each having opposite first and second sides, are formed. The first side is an arced surface structure, and the second side has a flow-guide projection. Furthermore, the dissipating units facing the same direction are arranged in an array. Alternatively, first sides of the outermost layer of the dissipating units face directions away from the inner layer of the dissipating units, and the corresponding directions of the first sides of the dissipating units from the outer to inner layers gradually deflect. The air streams flowing in various directions have the higher possibility of entering the dissipating structure and are dispersed. Thus, the time and possibility for the air to contact the dissipating units are increased, and the dissipation efficiency is increased.
