Publication number: 20090071598Abstract: In the method of producing a resin sheet of the present invention, a first resin material and a second resin material are stacked and pressed by an emboss roller and a nip roller, thereby transferring irregularities on the surface of the emboss roller to the first resin material and closely contacting the first resin material to the second resin material, and the resulting laminate is wound onto a releasing roller to be released from the emboss roller. As the two resin materials are stacked in this way, unevenness on the backside produced immediately after molding is hardly generated and the desired cross-sectional shape can be obtained even in the case of a resin sheet with a wide thickness distribution in the width direction upon molding.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 15, 2006Publication date: March 19, 2009Applicant: Fujifilm CorporationInventors: Katsuhiko Takada, Takahiro Hayashi, Takekazu Yamamoto, Yasuyuki Hara

Publication number: 20090014116Abstract: A method of producing a resin sheet particularly suitably used for a light guide plate positioned on the backside of various display devices or various optical devices, which can give a desired cross-sectional shape when producing a resin sheet with a wide thickness distribution in the width direction upon molding is provided. A sheet-shaped resin material extruded from a die and a backup sheet fed to one side of the resin material are pressed by an emboss roller and a nip roller positioned against the emboss roller in such a manner that the resin material is on the side of the emboss roller and the backup sheet is on the side of the nip roller, thereby transferring projections and depressions on the surface of the emboss roller to the resin material, and the laminate of the resin material and the backup sheet after transfer is wound on a releasing roller positioned against the emboss roller to be released from the emboss roller.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 15, 2006Publication date: January 15, 2009Applicant: FUJIFILM CORPORATIONInventors: Katsuhiko Takada, Takahiro Hayashi, Takekazu Yamamoto, Yasuyuki Hara

Publication number: 20080088052Abstract: The present invention provides a method of producing a resin sheet, comprising the steps of: nipping a sheet-like resin material extruded from a die by a mold roller and a plurality of nip rollers placed to face the mold roller, transferring shapes of asperities on a surface of the mold roller to the resin material, and peeling the resin material after the transfer off from the mold roller by winding the resin material around a peeling roller placed to face the mold roller.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 22, 2005Publication date: April 17, 2008Applicant: FUJIFILM CorporationInventors: Katsuhiko Takada, Takekazu Yamamoto, Yasuyuki Hara, Takahiro Hayashi, Ryuichi Katsumoto

Patent number: 6111258Abstract: A method for working in a specimen includes the steps of (a) putting the specimen on a stage; (b) irradiating radiation to the specimen for excitation; (c) recording detected characteristics of the excited specimen by the radiation; (d) displaying the recorded characteristics on the stage; (e) storing the recorded characteristics of the excited specimen; (f) maintaining display of the stored characteristics on the stage; and (g) working on the specimen on the stage over the displayed characteristics. An operator may easily access to the specimen with a scalpel or a knife since the detected characteristics are displayed on the stage after the detection of the characteristics. Even if the detection requires harmful radiation such as ultraviolet light, the operator may work in the specimen after turning off such harmful radiation. Therefore, the operator does not have to wear any protection against the harmful radiation so as to work in the specimen more easily and efficiently.Type: GrantFiled: January 28, 1999Date of Patent: August 29, 2000Assignee: Aisin Seiki Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Takekazu Yamamoto, Masayoshi Momiyama, Naoto Kagiyama, Naritoshi Kanai

Patent number: 5728531Abstract: A method of detecting nucleic acid utilizes hybridization between the nucleic acid to be detected which is present on an immobilizing support and a DNA probe which is complementary to at least a portion of the desired nucleotide sequence of the nucleic acid. The present DNA probe includes a hapten attached via a linker which a hapten is gibberellin or a gibberellin derivative. After hybridization by reaction between the nucleic acid to be detected and the DNA probe, the unreacted DNA probe is removed, and then labelled anti-hapten antibody is allowed to bind with the DNA probe of the hybrid and the labelling is used to detect the nucleic acid.Accordingly, stable detecting sensitivity may be achieved regardless of the label mixing ratio or labelling ratio, and thus regardless of the nucleotide sequence composition of the nucleic acid being tested.Type: GrantFiled: March 29, 1996Date of Patent: March 17, 1998Assignees: Kabushiki Kaisha Toyota Chuo Kenkyusho, Aisin Seiki Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Yukio Yamada, Osamu Asami, Hiroko Uchiyama, Hidehiko Sugiyama, Satoshi Fujita, Takekazu Yamamoto, Naoto Kagiyama, Masayoshi Momiyama, Yasumitsu Kondoh
