  • Patent number: 8453347
Abstract: To provide a footwear sole insert and footwear that would allow performing the fundamental motion of grasping through regulation and promotion of the formation of a functional fundamental arch line linking the cuneocuboid joint areas at cuboidal bone edges of the foot parts with the second and third MP joint areas thereof to thereby making it possible to basically solve alignment abnormality and functional failure. A sole insert is provided with a raised ridge face brought into contact with the region of the foot part extending from the vicinity of the cuneocuboid joint area at edges of cuboids to the vicinity of the proximal phalanxes at the MP joint area between second metatarsals and third metatarsals so as to elevate the region and hold the same in archlike form.

  • Publication number: 20110107501
Abstract: Improved sock or similar garment for preventing leg alignment problems is disclosed. The improved sock or similar garment has a structural region having an inelastic region woven together into a structure having a strong elastic intensity. When worn, the region forms a heel constricting band so as to join an area near a tip of the calcaneal tuberosity with a superior portion of the talus, wherein the heel constricting band divides the structure of the heel region in two.

  • Publication number: 20090326427
Abstract: To provide a waist belt having an improved constitution by considering the structure of members that compress the posterior superior and inferior iliac spines and the direction of the compression so as to stabilize and correct the sacroiliac joint based on the pelvic structure. A waist belt having concave parts at the parts to be in contact with the posterior superior and inferior iliac spines (50) of the iliac bone in the back face of the belt body (2), wherein cup-shaped iliac bone pads (5, 6) having projections (7, 8) are formed at the bottom of the concave parts and the posterior superior and inferior iliac spines (50) are compressed downward by the projections (7, 8). At the parts having these cup-shaped iliac bone pads (5, 6) in the front face side of the belt body (2), X-shaped auxiliary belts (9, 10) are provided for compressing the cup-shaped iliac bone pads (5, 6) at the intersecting point of the X-shape to thereby transfer the compression pressure.

  • Publication number: 20070235139
Abstract: A body sticking sheet allowing everybody to apply, to a body, a proper taping contracting muscle toward an affected area, comprising a portion (2) with small degree of shrinkage applied to the affected area and a portion (3) with large degree of shrinkage around the portion (2). The body sticking sheet (1) is used by sticking to the body in the state in which the portion (2) with small degree of shrinkage comes into contact with the affected area so that the portion (3) with large degree of shrinkage acts so that the muscle around the affected area shrinks toward the affected area. Thus, the body sticking sheet has effects on the assistance of muscular function and the promotion of blood flow.
