  • Publication number: 20210398052
Abstract: A work operation assurance system includes an information projector, an imaging unit, and a processor. The information projector projects work information on a work object. The imaging unit obtains image data on an operator performing a work operation on the work object. The processor includes an artificial intelligence component that determines whether the work operation performed by the operator is appropriate based on the image data obtained by the imaging unit and work operation information preliminarily learned by the artificial intelligence component. In a case where the artificial intelligence component determines that the work operation performed by the operator is inappropriate, the processor causes the information projector to project a notification indicating that the work operation performed by the operator is inappropriate.

  • Patent number: 10139001
Abstract: A continuously variable transmission includes a continuous gear-change mechanism, a gear-change operating section to which a gear-change operation is input, and a gear-change controlling section changing a gear ratio of the mechanism according to the gear-change operation that is input from the operating section. A first gear-change operation and a second gear-change operation, performed subsequently to the first operation, or an input from a second gear-change operating section can be input to the operating section. The e controlling section is provided with the plural gear ratios for plural gears and previously set, causes the mechanism to perform, according to the first operation, a gear-change operation to a gear ratio for a next gear, and to perform, according to the second operation, a gear-change operation to an intermediate gear ratio set between the gear ratio for the next gear and a gear ratio for a second next gear.

  • Patent number: 9290177
Abstract: An equipment operation controller implements control to disable an operation of equipment that is operated inside a vehicle cabin and not perform functions of the equipment according to such the operation, when a vehicle is traveling at or above a prescribed speed. However, even when the vehicle is traveling at or above the prescribed speed, if a travel assistance unit implements a control for travel assistance and a determination unit determines to permit the operation of the equipment then the operation of the equipment is enabled. The determination unit determines whether or not to permit the operation of the equipment, based on a risk evaluated based on information on the outside of the vehicle acquired by an outside information acquisition unit, and a state of the vehicle, and determines to permit the operation of the equipment when the risk is equal to or lower than a prescribed level.

  • Patent number: 6199924
Abstract: An impact energy absorption structure for a vehicle, comprises left and right front frames having a closed section; left and right L-shaped stay members connected at a lower end thereof with the left and right front frames respectively and having left and right upper ends projected upward above the left and right front frame; and a bent member curved convexly in the forward direction of the vehicle and transversely connected at left and right ends thereof with the left and right upper ends respectively. The impact energy absorption structure is accommodated within a small space between the front bumper and the front end of the front frame and particularly it is suitable for vehicles having a short front over hang such as one box cars. As a result, at the event of a small collision, the impact energy is absorbed by the deformation of the impact energy absorption structure without operating an air bag.
