  • Patent number: 10695587
Abstract: A particle therapy system has an irradiation system attached to a rotary drum of a gantry. A radiation treatment cage disposed in the rotary drum includes a movable floor including a horizontal floor portion. The movable floor includes a number of footboards connected bendably and X-ray transmission plates. The movable floor has a slide member at each end thereof, and the slide member is movably attached to a guide rail that is provided for each of opposite side surfaces of the irradiation system. X-ray sources are disposed outside the rotary drum apart from each other in a circumferential direction of the rotary drum and attached to the outer surface of the rotary drum. The irradiation system includes X-ray detection systems opposite to the X-ray sources.

  • Patent number: 6938374
Abstract: A guide system for guiding a window glass of a vehicle includes a guide rail and a guide. The guide includes a shaft to be attached to the window glass; a base as one part of a component divided in a widthwise direction of the vehicle and contacting an inner surface of the guide rail at an inner side of the vehicle; and a slider slidably attached to the base as the other part of the component and contacting an inner surface of the guide rail at an outer side of the vehicle. An elastic member is disposed between the base and the slider for pressing the slider toward the outside of the vehicle.

  • Patent number: 6912811
Abstract: A window regulator includes a main arm, a first sub-arm, and a second sub-arm. The main arm has a hole through it. A flange member surrounds the hole. The first sub-arm includes a shaft section which projects through the hole and is secured to the second-sub arm. In one embodiment, the distal edge portion of the flange member is curved. In a second embodiment, the flange member extends transversely from the main arm, and a low-friction member is between the distal edge portion of the flange member and a surface portion of the first sub-arm. In a further embodiment, the main arm and the second sub-arm have sliding surfaces in contact with each other, and a concave lubricant holding portion is provided on one of the sliding surfaces. The window regulator reduces noise during raising and lowering of the window and ensures rigidity of the first sub-arm.

  • Publication number: 20030140561
Abstract: A window regulator comprises a flange member formed on a main arm so as to surround a hole penetrating the main arm and project from one side of the main arm, and a shaft section formed on a first sub-arm so as to project toward a second sub-arm, being in a sliding contact with an inner surface of the flange member corresponding to the hole, and secured to the second-sub arm. In this configuration, a distal edge portion of the flange member is formed with a curved surface toward the first sub-arm, thereby reducing a frictional resistance between the main arm and the first sub-arm. Thus, the window regulator can avoid an unusual noise caused during the respective rotations between the main arm and the first sub-arm, and ensures the rigidity of the first sub-arm.
