  • Publication number: 20230381362
Abstract: In an indoor air cleaner according to the present invention, shavings 10 generated when a copper material is cut with a lathe or milling machine are stored inside a breathable net 11. The copper material may be pure copper or various copper alloys. The net 11 may be formed into a spherical shape and hung, or the net may be formed into a container and placed on a desk or the like. When airborne bacteria and viruses in a room come into contact with the surfaces of the shavings 10, the antibacterial and antiviral effects of copper can reduce the activity of the bacteria and viruses.

  • Patent number: 9975198
Abstract: The present invention relates to a cap tip detachment device capable of detaching cap tips which are fitted at the end of the shanks of a welding device. A pair of nail mounting boards, which mounts a fixed nail, a movable nail, and a slider, which is located between the nail mounting boards, are arranged on a linear rail. The movable nail of the pair of nail mounting boards includes a an arm extending toward an opposite side of a pivot shaft, and a spring that elastically urges the arm in a direction of separating from the nail mounting boards; and a distal end of each arm is abutted against the slider. When a shank is pushed against the fixed nail of one nail mounting board by a robot, the movable nails of both nail mounting boards open allowing the cap tip to be detached.

  • Publication number: 20170274468
Abstract: A contact chip for welding, having a housing member with a tapered tip, an abrasion-resistant core member in the housing member, and an adapter member at the rear end of the housing member. The housing member has a first insertion hole as an outlet for a welding wire. The core member has a second insertion hole through which the welding wire is inserted. The adapter member has a third insertion hole through which the welding wire is inserted, and also has on the inner wall surface of its tip end part a taper surface whose diameter gradually decreases toward the tip end so that a space part is formed in the front of the core member. The welding wire is inserted through the first to third insertion holes and the space part so that the wire protrudes from the tip end of the contact chip.

  • Publication number: 20170173727
Abstract: The present invention relates to a cap tip detachment device capable of detaching cap tips 60 which are fitted at the end of the shanks 50 of a welding device. A pair of nail mounting boards 3 and 4, which mounts a fixed nail 8 and a movable nail 12, and a slider 5, which is located between the nail mounting boards, are arranged on a linear rail 2. The movable nail 12 of the pair of nail mounting boards 3 and 4 includes an arm 14 extending toward an opposite side of a pivot shaft 11, and a spring 16 that elastically urges the arm 14 in a direction of separating from the nail mounting board 3 and 4; and a distal end of each arm is abutted against the slider 5. When a shank 50 is pushed against the fixed nail 8 of one nail mounting board 3 by a robot, the movable nails 12 of both nail mounting boards 3 and 4 open allowing the cap tip 60 to be detached.
