  • Patent number: 9404047
Abstract: A start-up method for a hydrocarbon synthesis reaction apparatus, comprising: an initial slurry-loading step in which the slurry is loaded into the reactor at the initial stage of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction at a lower loading rate than that applied to the reactor in a steady-state operation; and a CO conversion ratio-increasing step in which the liquid level of the slurry in the reactor is raised by adding to the slurry the hydrocarbons synthesized at the early stage of the Fischer-Tropsch synthesis reaction so that the CO conversion ratio is increased in proportion to a rise in the liquid level of the slurry in the reactor.

  • Patent number: 9276512
Abstract: There is provided a motor controller capable of suppressing the rotation of a motor at the time of discharging an electric accumulator, and a construction machine provided with the motor controller. A motor controller 10 is provided with a current controller 1 for controlling an electric current supplied from an electric accumulator E to a motor M, and a rotation detector 2 for detecting the rotation of the motor M. The current controller 1 supplies only a d-axis current to the motor M according to a discharge command. If the rotation of the motor M is detected by the rotation detector 2 at the time of discharging the electric accumulator E, the current controller 1 controls the d-axis current so as to suppress the rotation of the motor M.

  • Patent number: 9075418
Abstract: A damping device includes a calculator calculating a pseudo vibration to cancel a source vibration transmitted from a vibration source to a position to be damped, using an adaptive control algorithm. The canceling vibration is generated according to the pseudo vibration. A vibration detector detects an error vibration remaining at the position. The adaptive control algorithm is adapted by learning to reduce the error vibration. A frequency recognizer recognizes a frequency of the source vibration from a signal related to the vibration source. The frequency of the vibration is used to determine a frequency of the pseudo vibration. A phase difference identifier identifies a phase difference between the error vibration and the canceling vibration according to the pseudo vibration, and a frequency corrector corrects, according to the phase difference, the frequency of the vibration to eliminate the phase difference.

  • Patent number: 8912737
Abstract: A linear actuator driving device is provided. The linear actuator driving device includes an electromagnetic driving unit which makes a moving element reciprocate in response to a driving command and an offset correcting unit which corrects the driving command to carry out offset energization to make the center of reciprocation of the moving element be moved in the direction in which deviation between the center of reciprocation of the moving element and the center of the movement possible range is eliminated. The offset correcting unit is configured such that the amplitude information is acquired and, with respect to the amplitude value corresponding to the acquired amplitude information, if the movable amplitude is in a movable area insufficient condition, correction of the driving command is performed and, on the other hand, if the movable amplitude is not in the movable area insufficient condition, correction of the driving command is released.

  • Patent number: 8300097
Abstract: A screen display section and a control section are formed as separate units, enabling the sections to be separated from each other and integrally assembled together through a rigid bracket. Further, the screen display section and the control section respectively independently have connector receiving spaces. By this construction, the screen display section and the control section can be separated from each other and integrated with each other when required, and even in bad weather, water drops do not enter into the insides of the screen display section and the control section and into the connector receiving spaces, which enables safe and easy separation operation and integration operation.
