Publication number: 20220322990Abstract: A probe includes an insertion portion insertable into a body organ, a projecting portion being exposed to an outside of a body after the insertion portion is inserted into the body organ, a device mounting area onto which an external-device coupler is removably mountable, and sensing electrodes provided on the insertion portion and the device mounting area. When the insertion portion is inserted into the body organ, the sensing electrodes detect a biosignal and become conductive with coupling electrodes of the external-device coupler mounted onto the device mounting area. The probe is an electromyograph probe that detects a biosignal measurable by an electromyograph. The insertion portion and the projecting portion of the probe may be integrated or separate from each other. Both of the insertion portion and the projecting portion or only the insertion portion may be disposable.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 3, 2020Publication date: October 13, 2022Applicants: SOFKEN CO., LTD., NATIONAL CANCER CENTERInventors: Yuji NISHIZAWA, Takeo KOMAMURA, Kenzo KOMAMURA

Patent number: 9086082Abstract: A connection device for detachably and strongly fixing two connection target members has two confronting lever members configured to swing about a fulcrum member, a screw hole formed in the lever member of the confronting lever members and an insertion hole, through which a screw passes, formed in the other lever member. Both the lever members are caused to approach each other by screwing the screw into the screw hole so that locking portions of the lever members are displaced so as to be moved upward through the fulcrum member constituting a fulcrum portion. A fixing device main body is fixed to one of connection target members by a screw passing through the fulcrum member and the locking portions are locked to the other connection target member.Type: GrantFiled: January 31, 2008Date of Patent: July 21, 2015Assignee: Sofken Company, Ltd.Inventor: Takeo Komamura

Patent number: 4094313Abstract: An intrauterine device constructed of a flexible plastic and comprising a stem having adjacent one end a plurality of arms or branches extending laterally therefrom and being biased slightly in a direction toward the opposite end; the planes of said arms being at an angle of less than 90.degree. to the plane of the stem and said arms being flexible about their juncture of engagement to said stem for bending toward or opposite the remote end thereof. Said stem remote from said arms is relatively thin and elongated and with there being a hook in its said remote end extremity. A tool for inserting said device is provided having a chamber for accepting the thin elongated portion of said device and finger-like guides embracingly engaging opposite sides of said stem between arms thereof and having its device engaging portion formed on a radius for promoting facile disengagement from the device upon limited longitudinal tilting of the tool when the device is in operative position.Type: GrantFiled: October 29, 1976Date of Patent: June 13, 1978Inventors: Takeo Komamura, Tadao Okamoto, Atsumi Ishihama
