The spring member (22) is configured to urge the gate lock lever (20) toward the unlock position when the operating part (20C) of the gate lock lever (20) is in a height position lower than an upper surface (16C) of the left console device (11) (an upper cover (16)) and urges the gate lock lever (20) toward the lock position when the operating part (20C) of the gate lock lever (20) is in a height position higher than the upper surface (16C) of the left console device (11).

A camera opening is provided in an upper position of the lock device-accommodating recessed portion, and the rear-view camera is mounted to an inner surface side of the engine cover in a position corresponding to the camera opening.
