  • Publication number: 20120277645
Abstract: Provided is a stretch adhesive bandage having an adhesive layer 2 and a release liner 3 laminated in this order on one surface of a bandlike fabric base 1. The adhesive bandage after peeling off the release liner 3 is stretchable at least in the longitudinal direction (in the longitudinal direction and the in the width direction in the first embodiment and only in the longitudinal direction in the second embodiment). The release liner 3 has perforation lines K (K1, K2) in the longitudinal direction and in the width direction in the first embodiment, and at least perforation line K in the width direction is formed in the second embodiment, and any perforation line is broken to be a dividing line by stretching the adhesive bandage in a direction perpendicular to the travelling direction of the perforation line.

  • Publication number: 20090292033
Abstract: According to the invention, there is provided a process for producing porous polymer particles, which includes: dissolving in an organic solvent a monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl monomer and an aromatic divinyl monomer as major components together with a polymerization initiator to obtain a monomer solution; dispersing the monomer solution in water containing a dispersant and sodium nitrite to obtain a suspension polymerization dispersion; suspension-polymerizing the monomers in the suspension polymerization dispersion to yield porous polymer particles; and separating the porous polymer particles by filtration through a filter medium, in which the sodium nitrite is incorporated into the water in an amount in the range of 0.005 to 0.1 mg per 1 g of the water.

  • Patent number: 7122582
Abstract: The present invention provides a method of producing porous spherical particles, which includes suspension polymerization of a multifunctional monomer having two or more vinyl groups and a vinyl monomer having one vinyl group in an aqueous medium in the presence of a porogen and a distribution stabilizer, wherein the distribution stabilizer is polyvinyl alcohol having a saponification degree of 75 to 85 mol %. According to the method of the present invention, generation of particle agglomerates and large particles can be suppressed and porous spherical particles having a desired average particle size and a narrow particle size distribution can be conveniently produced.
