    Abstract: A parts delivery reminding system includes a computer connectable to a telephone and/or a facsimile of an ordering party for parts via a telephone line. The computer assigns a received order number to each of parts so ordered, so as to control a received order for parts. After the received order number has been inputted from the telephone or the facsimile, the computer stores a voice inputted through the telephone and/or an image inputted through the facsimile while matching the voice and/or the image to the received order number, and sends the voice and/or the image and the received order number matched with the voice and/or the image to another computer.
