An administrator of the group tour inviting system groups the tour desiring persons who desire for the same tour destination, to organize a temporary group tour community, or produces an arranged tour plan from a plurality of desired tour plans registered on the home page, to organize a temporary community for a group tour on the basis of the arranged tour plan. A travel agent undertakes the group tour of the same tour destination or the arranged tour plan.
