  • Publication number: 20180184859
Abstract: A first sheet material is easily taken out while sheet materials are prevented from being continuously taken out when a second sheet material and after are taken out. A dispensing container configured to maintain a sealed state has a longitudinal direction (front and back direction) and a lateral direction, and includes a container main body having an upper surface provided with a dispensing opening for taking out sheet materials contained and an upper lid mounted to the upper surface of the container main body via a hinge. The dispensing opening includes a first opening part positioned on the side of the hinge and a second opening part continuing from the first opening part extends toward the opposite side of the hinge in the lateral direction, and enables the sheet material to pass through. The first opening part has a length in the lateral direction longer than a length of the second opening part in the lateral direction.

  • Patent number: 9232876
Abstract: In order to achieve both ease of removal and an increase in the rate of impregnation by a predetermined chemical, in this packaging structure of a package of wet wipes, a convex region is formed at a position containing a region that faces the opening of a main package body and that is on the upper surface of a stacked body of wet wipes. The convex region is formed protruding towards the main package body. A space is formed between the region (corresponding to the ends) aside from the convex region formed on the wet wipes and the upper surface to which the opening of the main package body is provided.

  • Publication number: 20130267401
Abstract: The present invention prevents unevenness in the amount of impregnation by a predetermined chemical and prevents a decrease in ease of removal resulting from increasing the rate of impregnation by the predetermined chemical. A press device (15) has: a plurality of rollers (201, 202, 203); press belts (204a, 204b) wound around the plurality of rollers (201, 202, 203); and conveyor belts (205, 206) that convey a stacked body (800). At least one roller from among the plurality of rollers (201, 202, 203) drives the press belts (204a, 204b) at a predetermined speed of conveyance and in a predetermined direction of conveyance. The press belts (204a, 204b) are disposed with a gap in an intersecting direction (CD) perpendicular to the conveyance direction (MD) that is such that the press belts (204a, 204b) can contact both end portions (800A, 800B) of the stacked body (800) in the intersecting direction (CD).

  • Publication number: 20130199710
Abstract: In a method for manufacturing wet wipes, ridge regions raised along the conveyance direction are formed in sheets by causing each of the sheets to pass through between upper folding plates and a lower folding plate and folding the sheet multiple times on itself; each of the sheets having the ridge regions formed therein is impregnated with a predetermined chemical solution; and each of the sheets having been impregnated with the predetermined chemical solution is stacked on each other. After passing through between the upper folding plates and the lower folding plate, each of the sheets makes contact at a surface thereof with a conveyance roller, the surface being located opposite an extended plane across the surface having the ridge region formed therein, the extended plane being a plane obtained by extending the surface of the lower folding plate.
