Patent number: 10578145Abstract: A washer-equipped screw is provided with a screw body, a metal washer, and a rubber washer. The screw body includes a cylindrical portion between a shaft portion on which a screw groove is formed and a head portion. A hole in the metal washer is inserted through the cylindrical portion so as to be adjacent to the head portion. A hole in the rubber washer is inserted through the cylindrical portion and positioned on a shaft portion side of the metal washer. A seat surface of the head portion has an inclined surface inclined away from the metal washer toward an outer periphery thereof.Type: GrantFiled: August 24, 2017Date of Patent: March 3, 2020Assignee: DENSO CORPORATIONInventors: Takeshi Fujihara, Satoshi Iguchi, Keizo Takamatsu, Hidetoshi Uchiyama, Yuya Okuda, Shuichi Iwata, Jun Asada

Patent number: 10544820Abstract: A washer-equipped screw is provided with a screw body, a flat washer, and a rubber washer. The screw body includes a cylindrical portion between a shaft portion on which a screw groove is formed and a head portion. A hole in the flat washer is inserted through the cylindrical portion so as to be adjacent to the head portion. A hole in the rubber washer is inserted through the cylindrical portion and positioned on a shaft portion side of the flat washer. The cylindrical portion is provided with a projection for engagingly locking the flat washer. An inner edge of the flat washer is caught by the projection, whereby the flat washer is prevented from detaching.Type: GrantFiled: August 28, 2017Date of Patent: January 28, 2020Assignee: DENSO CORPORATIONInventors: Takeshi Fujihara, Satoshi Iguchi, Yuya Okuda, Shuichi Iwata, Jun Asada, Keita Inoue, Yoshihiro Ohta

Patent number: 8879256Abstract: An electric power conversion apparatus includes a plurality of semiconductor modules, a frame, a control circuit board, and a reinforcing and fixing member. Each of the semiconductor modules has a plurality of control terminals. The frame receives the semiconductor modules therein. The frame has, at least, a pair of side walls that face each other with the semiconductor modules interposed therebetween. The control circuit board is located outside of the frame and has the control terminals of the semiconductor modules connected thereto. The reinforcing and fixing member extends to connect the side walls of the frame, thereby reinforcing the frame. The reinforcing and fixing member also has the control circuit board fixed thereto so that the reinforcing and fixing member is positioned between the control circuit board and the semiconductor modules.Type: GrantFiled: March 27, 2012Date of Patent: November 4, 2014Assignee: Denso CorporationInventors: Hiromi Ichijyo, Takahisa Kaneko, Takeshi Fujihara, Kenshiro Hida

Patent number: 4319110Abstract: A microwave oven includes a gas sensor for detecting the concentration of gas developed from a foodstuff disposed in an oven cavity. When the cooking operation is conducted to a desired level, the gas concentration reaches a preselected level and, hence, an output signal of the gas sensor shows a predetermined output level at which the microwave generation is terminated. An abnormal condition detection circuit is provided for detecting an abnormally high resistance created in the gas sensor due to, for example, disconnection of a warming heater included in the gas sensor. When an abnormal condition is detected by the abnormal condition detection circuit, the microwave generation is terminated and an alarm display is conducted to inform the operator of the abnormal condition.Type: GrantFiled: May 22, 1980Date of Patent: March 9, 1982Assignee: Sharp Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Takeshi Tanabe, Hideshi Nakagawa, Takeshi Fujihara
