The surface of the packaging sheet has a plurality of surface recesses formed so as to be recessed toward the back surface side and the back surface of the packaging sheet has a plurality of back surface recesses formed so as to be recessed toward the surface.

The salt and water are provided in a form of saline solution having a salt concentration of 18-22% by weight and the heat generating element is impregnated with such a saline solution in a range of 17.5 to 26% by weight of the element.

An opening or an openable portion is formed in the soft encasement member, which allows a user to extract contents from the encasement. With such a structure, a tab is provided at a part of the perimeter of the lid member, which serves as a starting point that allows the user to peel off the lid member. Furthermore, the tab includes a hinge portion, which allows the user to raise the tab, or a flap elevated from the surface of the encasement.

The second layer stacked below the first layer is a non-woven fabric fabricated by entangling cellulose type fibers and thermoplastic synthetic resin fibers. The first layer and the second layer are joined by fuse bonding synthetic resin fibers of the first layer and synthetic resin fibers of the second layer. The liquid applied on a surface of the first layer is transferred to the second layer through gaps between synthetic resin fibers of the first layer.

Lateral non heat-generating belts, which function as a flexible belt, are provided between the inner heat-generating regions and outer heat-generating regions. The humidifier fits the face by deforming the flexible belts. Thus, the face is kept moisturized by steam discharged from the inner heat-generating regions and the outer heat-generating regions.
