  • Patent number: 9192226
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a bristle head for a brush is provided. The method includes a first step of obtaining a fiber bundle by reeling up a melt-spun synthetic fiber, a second step of obtaining a unit fiber bundle by cutting the fiber bundle in a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction, a third step of forming a tapered shape at a tip portion of each fiber included in the unit fiber bundle, a fourth step of forming a bristle head by isolating a part of the unit fiber bundle, and a fifth step of forming a conductive portion including a conductive material on a surface of each by immersing the bristle head in a treatment bath accommodating a treatment liquid.

  • Patent number: 9058069
Abstract: A writing instrument for an electrostatic capacitance type touch panel is provided which includes a main body shaft having a hollow portion and made of non-conductive material, a core portion composed of a member having base material made of non-conductive material and modified with conductive material, and a brush tip including conductive material. The core portion is provided in the hollow portion, and the brush tip and the core portion are in contact with each other. The member is a conductive fiber having base material made of polyester-based synthetic fiber, acrylic synthetic fiber, or polyamide-based synthetic fiber and covered with conductive material. Further, the core portion is formed by filling a cylindrical body with the conductive fiber. This writing instrument can employ non-conductive material for the main body shaft, and capable of performing touch-panel operation stably.

  • Patent number: 8028289
Abstract: When requested by an application, a library unit provides a resource to the application, acquires an ID for identifying the application which has requested the resource, and stores a combination of a resource name of the provided resource and the application ID in a table. When an application is completed, the library unit receives an application ID of the completed application, detects a resource name corresponding to the received application ID in the table, and collects a resource specified by the resource name.

  • Publication number: 20070220564
Abstract: A digital broadcast playback device for playing back AV content included in a broadcast program and executing an application included in the broadcast program is provided. A playback mode management unit manages whether the AV content is to be played in a real-time mode or in a time-shift mode. A section analysis unit acquires applications included in the broadcast program and information showing activation conditions of the respective applications, from a digital stream containing the broadcast program. A filtering unit selects an application whose activation condition is the real-time mode if the AV content is to be played in the real-time mode, and an application whose activation condition is the time-shift mode if the AV content is to be played in the time-shift mode. An application execution unit activates the selected application, with playback of the AV content.
