  • Patent number: 9766375
Abstract: In the antireflection film, a hydrogenated carbon film as a first layer is formed on a surface of an optical substrate. A MgF2 film as a second layer having a lower refractive index than the first layer is formed on the first layer and functions as a low refractive index layer. The hydrogenated carbon film and the MgF2 film are formed using a RF magnetron sputtering equipment. During the formation of the hydrogenated carbon film, a mixed gas of argon and hydrogen is supplied to a vacuum chamber such that some of C—C bonds in the film are replaced with C—H bonds. Some of C—C bonds are cut by hydrogenation, and strains (stress) accumulating due to C—C bonds can be relaxed. As a result, the antireflection film which has excellent adhesiveness and is not broken is obtained.

  • Publication number: 20170192132
Abstract: Provided is an antireflection film having excellent abrasion resistance. In the antireflection film, a hydrogenated carbon film as a first layer is formed on a surface of an optical substrate. A MgF2 film as a second layer having a lower refractive index than the first layer is formed on the first layer. Likewise, a third layer formed of the hydrogenated carbon film, a fourth layer formed of the MgF2 film, and a fifth layer formed of the hydrogenated carbon film are formed. During the formation of the hydrogenated carbon film, a mixed gas of argon and hydrogen is supplied to a vacuum chamber such that some of C—C bonds in the film are replaced with C—H bonds. Due to the C—H bonds, an antireflection film having excellent abrasion resistance and adhesiveness and having a low refractive index can be obtained.

  • Publication number: 20160336579
Abstract: When a temperature inside a secondary battery becomes high and a gas pressure inside a battery case increases, an inversion plate is pressed due to the gas pressure so as to project and curve in a projecting manner toward an external terminal board. Due to such a deformation, a load is transmitted to a current interruption piece via a load transmission portion. At this time, due to a pushing-up force of the load transmission portion, a vulnerable breaking portion forming part of a peripheral edge of the current interruption piece breaks, so that the current interruption piece is displaced to bend in a V-shape via a folding portion. As a result, the secondary battery is brought into an unusable state. Such a configuration can attain simplification of a structure to interrupt a current.

  • Patent number: 7602018
Abstract: A high withstand-voltage semiconductor device has a gate electrode in a semiconductor layer of one conductivity type, a drain diffusion layer and a source diffusion layer, a thick gate insulating layer between the drain diffusion layer and the gate electrode, and a low-concentration offset diffusion layer of the opposite conductivity type in a region including the drain diffusion layer. A buried layer of the one conductivity type, which has a higher concentration than the semiconductor layer, is provided directly under the gate electrode at approximately the same depth as the depth of the offset diffusion layer.
