  • Publication number: 20010042517
Abstract: A pet sheet includes a hydrophilic top sheet arranged on the absorbing material, wherein a flap which is formed at least adjacent a peripheral edge of the absorbing material and opens toward the center of the absorbing material. Urine, which is not absorbed in the absorbing material and flows on the hydrophilic top sheet, enters between the hydrophilic top sheet and the flap, and can be stopped there.

  • Patent number: 5585224
Abstract: A method of producing an aperture grill of a CRT display device is disclosed. The aperture grill is of a small thickness of the order of 20 to 100 .mu.m. To a metal plate with front and rear surface resin layers are applied front slit pattern mask with a single broad slit pattern and a rear slit pattern mask with two adjacent, narrow slit patterns. With these two masks disposed in opposition, the slit patterns are printed and developed on the resist layers. Thereafter, etching is carried out on the rear surface of the metal plate via the rear resist layer, and rear cavities are formed in the metal plate. Then, a reinforcing, etchant-proof film is attached to the rear resist layer to cover the rear cavities, and thereafter etching is carried out on the front surface of the metal plate via the front resist layer, to thereby form a front cavity.

  • Patent number: 5567555
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a shadow mask, which is satisfactory in terms of shape, linearity and dimensional accuracy of an etching hole when thickness of an electrode base material is about 20-80 .mu.m. According to the invention, resist is coated on both sides of a base material, and patterning is performed only on the resist on one side, the resist with electrode pattern is developed, and patterning is performed.

  • Patent number: 5202868
Abstract: A beam spot controlling method for controlling the beam-converging position by a light beam from an objective lens on a recording track of a recording medium comprising the steps of (a) rotating a tapered prism having an inclination-imparting portion capable of imparting an inclination to a light beam which enters the tapered prism for changing the inclination of the light beam incident on said objective lens for controlling the beam-converging position by the light beam; (b) causing a light beam to enter the tapered prisms; and (c) causing the light beam exiting from the tapered prism to enter the objective lens, and directing the exiting light beam onto the recording track of said recording medium, and an apparatus for performing the above beam spot controlling method.

  • Patent number: 4572652
Abstract: A new type of a copying machine which is easy to operate and particularly indicates the operator of how to use the copying machine from time to time. There is provided a copying machine having a plurality of detectors monitoring the operating condition of the copying machine and a memory for previously storing therein operational statements indicative of the operation and the condition of the copying machine. Respective ones of the statements are selected from the memory according to the outputs of the detectors for converting the selected ones of the statements into audible sounds or typically synthesized voices.

  • Patent number: 4276978
Abstract: The invention is directed to a sheet gripper structure for use in a copying machine which is affixed to a pair of chains extending between sprockets. The chains include link plates with an improved attachment formed in each of the link plates. A pair of the attachments are secured inside the pair of chains at an interval of the link plates. A sheet pressure rod is mounted on the folded sections of selected ones of the pairs of the attachments in the sheet conveying direction and a sheet retainer is fixed to other selected ones of the pairs of the attachments. The sheet pressure rod carries a pair of symmetrical hold plates inside thereof and a pair of sheet pressure arms outside thereof. The gripper structure comprising the sheet retainer, the hold arm and the sheet pressure arm is installed on the chains, or on a belt conveyor or any other conveyors in such a way to be closed when moving in the straight direction and opened in the process of changing their directions.
