Abstract: An earth fault detector has a controller, a capacitor, a positive side power line connected to a positive side of the high voltage battery, a negative side power line a negative side thereof, a positive second side resistance, a negative second side resistance, a positive side C contact switch, and a negative side C contact switch. The positive side C contact switch switches a connection destination of a first end of the detection capacitor to either a path including the positive side power line or a path including the positive second side resistance. The negative side C contact switch switches a connection destination of a second end of the detection capacitor to either a path including the negative side power line or a path including the negative second side resistance. The controller controls switching of a first and second measurement modes.

Abstract: An insulated state detection device includes a positive-side input terminal, a negative-side input terminal, a ground electrode, a ground fault resistance value calculation unit, a measuring state identification unit a tuning information generation unit that generates a timing information, automatically updates a value of the timing information by a predetermined value each time the ground fault resistance value calculation unit generates a new insulation resistance value, and reflects a state of the identification of the measuring state identification unit on the value of the timing information, and an information transmission unit that transmits the insulation resistance value calculated by the ground fault resistance value calculation unit and the timing information generated by the timing information generation unit to a host control device.

Abstract: A combination switch 10 outputs operation command signals to a driving system of a vehicle according to a switching operation of a switching unit 11 and includes a storage part 21 that stores determination information 21a indicating whether combinations of operation command signals to be outputted from switches of the switching unit 11 are abnormal or normal, a determination part 22 that refers to the determination information 21a in the storage part 21, determines whether or not a combination of the operation command signals is abnormal, and if an abnormal combination of the operation command signals continues longer than a predetermined time, adds, to the operation command signals, abnormality information indicating that the combination of the operation command signals is abnormal, and a communication part 13 that transmits the operation command signals added with the abnormality information.
